The Aria Vegan reviews
11Do not order from here before calling first and making sure there is someone there. I put in an order and it got confirm; I went and picked it up and found out that the restaurant is not even on service; It is "under construction. " I was very excited to try it out but it was a waste of gas. Also, I just read some bad reviews down bellow, so idk. -.
Sad but True and Deceiving to say the least, The Aria Vegan is hardly vegan; the restaurant only claims to offer vegan options; however, the owner does not respect veganism at all. Customers are lured by a menu full of ‘unavailable items’ then bamboozled and deceived as they’re served non-vegan products and foods on a regular basis. Small, overpriced and underwhelming portions of food are served after a 30-40 min.wait in a nearly empty dining room. If this doesn’t turn your stomach; check out the kitchen the non-vegan food is being prepared in…
This is not a vegan restaurant they cook meat, and the owner doesn't respect veganism. The kitchen is very unsanitary, beware!
The customer service is good but the food is not worth the wait. I do love the atmosphere at this location.
Not only is the food amazing, but the owners are as well. The service is spot on and everyone is very friendly. Im not sure what magic is used to get such amazing flavors but so far everything we have tried has been very tasty. Panini was fantastic but the flavors in the chili and enchilada casserole were impressive.
Friendly staff but don’t if you’re hungry, extremely small portions sizes for the price and they need to work on their vegan recipes. Vegan chicken and waffles as shown in picture was smaller than the burrito that was a few dollars less. And I didn’t even know that the topping on the waffle was the vegan chicken. Extremely small. The food was not tasty, texture was terrible, waffle was gummy. Will never visit again. The person that served me noticed I wasn’t happy with the food but didn’t offer anything to make up for the horrible experience. It was a waste of time and money. Many other options out there in LA area, I would rather drive.
First time here and upon entering I found the decor to be very interesting. I looks as if two completely different restaurants joined together in the same place. It was a huge waste of space that isn't necessary, mostly empty chairs and tables. The food was the worst part. We ordered the "Blt" with fries which was $4 extra. The fries were not crispy and were a little under cooked. The cauliflower wings (lemon pepper) were ok but not worth $12 and the $15 jackfruit nachos which was literally tortilla chips, shredded cheese and a few pieces of shredded jackfruit with some sort of white sauce in a cup. Also the food took 42 minutes to come out and we were the only 3 people in the whole restaurant. The only positive thing was the server who was an older gentleman and he was nice. The bill was over $45 and we still left hungry. Overall, I felt like this was a complete of money and will not be returning.
I was not impressed. First, this isn't a completely vegan restaurant, which is what I thought it was, it's a restaurant with vegan options. So I don't know what, if any, cross contamination is in the kitchen but I don't trust it. Second, I ordered their vegan breakfast scramble, and it was not great. It was $15 for a small dish, it seems more like a side serving size than an entree and way not worth the money, especially because the food is really basic and not super flavorful. I won't be back.
I was quite disappointed with the $15 breakfast burrito I ordered! It was very small & unfulfilling. The restaurant itself is very unbecoming, it was very dark and mysterious (in the middle of the day). There was no indoor or outdoor seating available. The menu has great options along with reasonable prices (aside from the burrito) but I’m leary about returning here.
The sandwich was beautifully toasted and I love the cauliflower appetizer. Thank you West for introducing me to Jasmine tea! The wall carvings was also mezmerizing to look at while I eat.
Horrible business practices. I had two events there. The first night they stole from our sales. The second time.they withheld all the food sales. Here's the thing. I bought the food and the chef and paid the chef myself. The food was agreed to be mine. They change every arrangement after the fact. Really dishonorable and disappointing. They didn't have any staff for our event so we staffed our own event. They didn't disclose that they didn't have any staff until after we booked our date. Our chef reported the kitchen is dirty and the bar area hasn't been cleaned in a while either.
