The Artisan Residences at Bella Terra, Huntington Beach CA

I just moved in recently and I am so happy and excited. The whole process was so nice and comfortable, especially with the help of the manager, Jonathan. He was honestly so nice and really thorough in explaining everything I had any questions about. He truly cares for the community and wanted the community to feel the most comfortable here. I was really happy to work with both Melina and Veronica. I originally toured the apartments with them before coming back.

I was in a rush to try to move out of my last apartment due to many problems. So for my next apartment, I wanted to make sure that there would be no such problem for my next place, and Jonathan made sure to explain and educate me on how I will have no such problems here. Just from looking around the community, I could already tell I wouldn't have such problems. The grass, pool, bbq area and the building itself looks so clean and entirely well kept. I already feel incredibly comfortable in my new apartment and I look forward to living here thanks to Jonathan, the other employees and the community itself.:)

Inattentive staff at leasing office; promised "great deals", "100% chance of reduced lease cost" by signing up for waiting list. Staff never reached out to me or offered any sort of deal or communication after I signed up. Reach out through email and receive apathetic response. Avoid this scam.

I live in apt 173 and one of my neber smoking to much weed or marjuna.i have problem with that and 2 time talk to office and they dont care. Please help me. And say wat can i do.

After reading all the BAD reviews i will stay away. Management please get it together, you will loose potential renters with these bad reviews

Unkept grounds, animal fecies, furniture dumped all over parking lot and never removed, fire lanes blocked by construction vehicles, piles of gravel, landscaping vehicles, etc. Loud music from the skate park, outdated “air conditioning, ” broken security gates, NO guest parking, and on and on.waaaay overpriced. I recommend that you keep searching.

Very nice up to date place, and location is great! Staff is a friendly team, I had only but good experiences with them. After year of lease I am having no issues, going on 2nd year.

Veronica in the leasing office was profesional and friendly. The apartments are very nice compared to others in the area.

Management.completely unprofessional. Their ambassador service that is supposed to escort you to your home is never available, I work late hours and feel very unsafe getting out of my car. Instead of trying to assist me so that I feel safe, I was told by Tasileta, "that it was my problem". Very nice coming from someone that obviously works during the day and never is in fear getting out of her car in the late hours. The LEAST accommodating/unsafe place I could have ever picked to live. I have always been a homeowner and to come here and have to pay more than a regular mortgage "that it is my problem", is super. The security gate that I need to get through alone is never fixed, always broken, anyone could be waiting in the bushes, not to mention the light that would light up the area hasn't worked since the day I moved in. My daughters and I safety is constantly in jeopardy. The undue stress and anxiety I feel is overwhelming and THERE is NO ONE to speak to that will assist in anyway obviously, I have been trying for 5 months. Service requests have to be followed up on. I wasn't even given clean carpet upon move in, it was old so in order to prevent my daughter from going into respiratory distress they charged me $2700.00 to change out the flooring in "their" apartment. They charged me twice trying to collect over $5k. No answers to that either, than oh well. God forbid Tasileta get off of her behind and actually investigate instead of harass, instead of assist. That would be way too much effort.

I just came home from work at the hospital and saw posted on my door of my apartment a notice from the management that my lease will not be renewed and that I must give up the apartment in February! I have lived in the complex for over 18 years and was given no explanation. I have always paid my rent on time, never caused problems for the staff or my neighbors. I haved never been notified of any problems with my tenancy. I live alone and do not party at all hours. I am a responsible tenant. I went to the office and they said they do not have to give me any reason as to why I have to give up my current apartment. I asked to rent another unit as they wanted me to vacate my present one. The manager said that there would be no unit available for me and the management no longer wanted me as a resident. This is wrong! I have heard of others being treated poorly.
I asked who I may talk to higher up to find out why/how the Artisan Apartment Homes came to this decision. I was told I would not get any further answers. This is wrong. I am not sure whether this review would rate even one star, but this will not post unless I select at least one star.

BEWARE the office management turns you into collection for false reasons and then states that they don't have any of your contact information- really how did you do the initial credit check?

The staff here is beyond helpful! They're sweet and made sure that all of my questions were answered! The property is beatiful and a great place to start if you have a little family like I do! Check it out:)

This place is nice, I've tried a few times to review on yelp but something went wrong so here I am. Bottom line nice people, beautiful apartments, better prices than surrounding places. Try it and judge for your selves

Be careful, the security guys here are working with the towing company. At night, they always call them to come here to tow away the cars. Such shady place, my friend lived here and get towed once, and they are unable to provide enough parking spots for residents which end up being towed, sad

I'm very happy with my choice of living here, having done so for months now with no complaints.
Staff is friendly and genuinely care and the environment is comfortable yet elegant.
Despite upgrades underway I have felt no disruptions to my day-to-day life and very much enjoy living here.

Lainey and the crew at the Artisan are the best. They're super friendly when I need help and they are always ready to lend a hand if asked too. They're very proactive about the property and seem to really like what they do!
