4Been trying to pay my HOA. Called the ext they advised to sign up for online access. Was transferred repeatedly to Brian at who has a full mailbox and has not responded to emails or calls in over a week.
I have had negative dealings with Avalon and I cannot say anything positive about this company.
I've had them lose checks and they will never admit when they are wrong. They treat homeowners like dirt and blame your HOA for any actions taken.
Dont let your association do business with them. They forget who the property owners are.
This HOA found out I was moving and started to fabricate issues to fine me over. They have canceled 3 of the 4 yearly meetings to resolve/approve architectural changes all while keeping the fines imposed. They have also kept fines imposed after the issues have been corrected. They don’t even follow their own CR&Rs. Totally outrageous!
What a scam you a holes have going. One of the worst businesses in town.
Edit: 10/5/2018. Charged with a $100 dollar fee for a 'tree stump' with threats of leans. Received letter from Avalon Management 9/24/2018 your 'violation no longer exists'. Can I put negative stars?
