Stay as far away as you can from the avenue Hollywood. New management openly ignores drug dealers conducting their business at all hours in the building. Multiple units being used as trap houses. Airbnb is completely ignored after numerous complaints, answer from leasing office is always the same “we can’t just kick them out, we’ve sent a letter” Front desk and community staff are all good people and do their best, the problem is from the leasing office (upper management) The Camden has become extremely dangerous, my advice: make a few trips down and walk the building yourself before signing a lease.

Great place to live. Pool is huge and a great place to lounge. Parking is super easy and easy for guests as well. The apartments are well-built. I've never heard any neighbors above, below or next door. Management and maintenance is super responsive.

Went to look at this place today and Sydney was so knowledgeable! She’s awesome at her job and professional. I’ve looked at a bunch of apartments in LA and their leasing offices are 2 or 3 star. If I reviewed Avenue leasing office it’s 5 stars because of her. (And no she didn’t pay me she’s just that good)

Applied an apartment on special on Dec30th 2022 ($3334 for unit209, with 7weeks free and $1000 look and lease), when we were about to apply right after the tour the price raised up to $3430 (on the same day the tour was 30mins tops). Then it took 7 days of “approval process” and on the night of January 6th, we got denied (AI said we don’t have enough “income to rent” ratio, the agent said if we had a co-signer who has 5x whole year rent we are good to go so we did get a co-signer, still got denied.) the agent was not very helpful and the whole experience was plain awful. Just give future tenants a warning. Oh btw now they raise the 2b/2b price up to $3850. Maybe that’s the main reason they didn’t approve us! We ended up signing a much nicer apartment in WeHo, much better location. Good luck anyone dealing with Greystar!
