The most amazing hand roll bar! So fresh so creative so good! Number one in southern cali!

Absolutely love this place, from the setting of seats, to their “without-any-room-to-complain” food and excellent services! I ordered “seabutter deluxe”, with 5 hand rolls I was already full as each roll had plenty of sashimi.

I went with a 4-year-old kid, I tried to order a “Wagyu Don” but requested for more well done. However, I was told that the wagyu beef must be cooked as medium rare in order to maximize its tastiness. I respected a lot on this as the chef is right, sometimes not everything could be compromised, especially for good food. Didn’t regret for still ordering one Wagyu Don, my son told me it was the best rice he ever had. My 9-year-old son ordered a Salmon Don. Overall we were very satisfied and definitely will come back again!

There’s really no vibe so can’t speak of the atmosphere but it’s very way and convenient. The main chef Lee is wonderful. I tried lots of different things everything was absolutely delicious. It’s the type of food I’ll crave and come back to

Very cool spot in the valley. I honestly wasn’t expecting this to be a good sushi spot.
The restaurant seems nice & clean with great services. The sushi was fantastic, extremely fresh. The speciality hand rolls were all very creative with lots of good flavors. Just plain delicious. The H. Y. E handroll was by far my favorite.

Been here a few times now for lunch and it’s consistently so good! The Waguy don dish is just perfection and wish I can get a double of it every time. The blue crab handroll, the sake jalapeño sashimi, the salmon truffle are my favorites. Staff is always so nice and attentive.

Seabutter BEverly Hills is one of our go-to spots so when we saw they opened a handroll bar we had to try it! And as expected, we love it! Same quality and taste we have at the Beverly Hills location we experienced at the handroll bar. The staff is super friendly and the ambiance is 10/10. Absolutely recommend going!

Cute New handroll spot in Studio City. Definitely get the Deluxe handroll set. You won’t regret it. It was so good! I’ll definitely be back!

I feel so bad. So wanted to love this place. Love the concept of the open sushi bar and hand rolls… but the food was not good. The fish seemed low quality and the flavors were bland. It felt “fake” like an Instagram selfie place. No respectable cook could eat their food and think it’s fresh, inventive, flavorful or worth it. The “wagyu” roll was a laugh.literally gristly ground beef. Nothing felt real or authentic. The staff was very kind but the food was imitating real sushi. We will not be back since there are so many other amazing sushi places in the area.

Host skipped and attended a group of her race when I was waiting 5 mins in line to be helped needs more hospitality and workers looked rushed and and attentivity to customers

Food was decent. Kazu Nori serves better quality food. Service was bad. Not trained. Vibe was off. Awkward silence throughout the whole dinner. Not worth coming.
