UPDATE: a year later my husband and I finally own our first home and faith was always quick to respond and because we waited for so long we knew exactly what we wanted when it came on the market and she helped us be ready to make our move. Faith and Pearl (her assistant) were organized and clearly communicative, handled the escrow process really well and everything in between such as arranging inspections and of course added great personal touches like a welcome basket and a champagne photo moment when we got the keys which was so fun! I recommend them to everyone I know looking to buy or sell and I will 100% go to them for any and all our real estate needs. Thank you SO much!

Working with Faith and the entire Barrett team was an awesome experience and I can’t recommend them enough. When my dad passed away suddenly, we had to sell the house quickly and working mostly remotely. Faith did so much to help us even before she was officially hired - liaising with workers, estate sale recommendations, cleaners, etc.which really took some of the pressure off being far away. Once the listing hit the market, Faith and her team put all their energy behind it with extensive marketing and expertly positioning what made the house so special. She was extremely communicative and professional throughout the whole process. In the end we found a buyer we loved who wrote us a beautiful letter which meant so much to us during a difficult transition. And at the end, Faith sent my mom an absolutely beautiful custom portrait of the home she raised us in - the most thoughtful gift which she has hanging in her new place. I’m so glad to see the Barrett Team infusing so much goodness into the community I grew up in and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
