Only place I ever cut my hair. I come here every 1.5 to 2 years because I grow out my hair to donate. They are so nice and respectful and always asks me how my hair looks throughout the whole process.

I have been at home due to COVID, and grew my hair out for 9 months because I was working from home. I decided to take a haircut today at this place and I cannot regret enough making that decision. As soon as I entered, the owner, Benjamin, makes a comment about my hair how it is longer than other females. Occasional small talk, so I didn't think much of it. I showed them 3-4 different portraits of myself, and tell the assigned dresser I want my hair to be exactly like this. Of course she does not listen to what I say and cuts my hair completely differently then what I told her including specifically telling her not to part my hair 5: 5 down the middle. If hair dresser can't follow what client wants, even after client gives them clear direction and photos of themselves, I don't know what to say.

The biggest problem is the owner. Every 5 minutes, (not an exaggeration), comes to my station where I'm receiving the haircut, complains how long my hair is. He constantly made comments how it's longer than other females, asks other customers to look at the amount of hair I have. He takes the PHOTO of me getting a haircut without my consent while I'm receiving the cut, demands me to take a picture with the hair when I'm done. I was dumbfounded. After my cut was done, I was disappointed at the cut, but I move on because pictures and looks can be objective. I go to the counter to pay and leave, but owner is not done yet. He says to me he has to up charge me because my hair was long. What a joke. He says he will charge me at female cut rate due to my hair volume ($15-20 more). This is deceptive business, without giving any disclosures before the haircut, and letting them know after service is done? Great business indeed, I guess he was making comments about my hair because of this. Just terrible. Mind you my hair is not long enough for bun or ponytail. Shaggy at best.

I didn't want to cause a scene although I was very upset, because according to my girlfriend, Jane, is apparently a skilled hairdresser. So I have nothing to say against other people who work their but stay away from this business, unless you want to end up with a bad haircut and overcharge you didn't expect.

I loved how it came out, the price was reasonable and the atmosphere was nice and comforting.

Hair is very high quality. I had to remove some fFrom my neck and around face so I could put my hair in a ponytail but he did a great Job just make sure he understands how you wear your hair at work. Nice clean place very professional. They do not come out even if you wash hair three times a week and swim. Mine stayed in until I removed them.

They cant work with any type of hair other than Korean. I went in and the guy that helped me looked surprised I was even there (ackward). Then he ask why I was there for when I had explain everything I needed before making my appointment. Then he said that the color blonde I wanted was not possible for them to do, he kept telling the other stylist things in Korean.they wanted to charge me $500+ (yes, $500! 100% true]for a simple hair cut and blonde highlights. I decide to go somewhere else & the guy was super rude and petty. I do not recommend this place at all!

I went there for my hair care for 3+ years but when I complained after they kept me and my husband waiting for an hour without warning me or telling us that they are behind the schedule after we made appointments at least one week in advance, AND when the hair dresser that I made appointment with did not even come over once to check on my hair, the hair dresser's husband, who is the store manager, told me that they don't want to service me after 3+ years going there because i was not "nice" to his wife, who used to service me. Obviously, you cannot make any complaints there even though they don't value your time and ignore your appointment schedules. Definitely not a professional team there when it comes to managing customers.

This is the only place I get my cuts! They are always friendly and welcoming from the moment you enter. Ask for Jane! She is super talented and very informative on how to maintain your hair and etc. I would recommend to anyone looking a spot to get the perfect cut

They might have been embarrassed by the sudden same-day reservation for a family of 6, but they were very kind to make time for my family.
My family were satisfied with the kind and excellent technique of the designer Jane.

I walked in feeling nervous yet super excited for my first time bleaching my hair at a salon. I knew what I wanted, but Jane was really helpful in helping me decide what I should go for. Her and the other staff members were so friendly and made me feel just as comfortable. I loved loved loved how my hair turned out! Not only was the service great, but the place was sparkly clean too. If you’re looking into other services like hair extensions, getting your nails done, digital perm, or scalp treatments, they have it all here! I recommend checking it out because I will be definitely coming back in the future~

I always come here for hair trims and to get hair tinsels put in, but this was the first time I got my hair dyed and I was on disappointed. Julie did my hair and all the staff there were very accommodating and constantly made sure I was comfortable. I am so happy with my hair results and will definitely continue to come back here!

This is a horrible place.no professionalism, no manner and only person who speaks (broken) English has a lot of attitude.
Avoid this place, you will regret for your time and money.

Knocked on door to see if I could enter and take a look at their hair extensions. A man greeted me asking what I wanted when I told him he said " I'm sorry we have no hair extensions " and wouldn't let me in. I told him he should take the banner down, advertising "hair extensions and wigs", on the front of the store then plus I saw a shelf full of hair extensions & wigs inside. When I pointed to and asked about them, he insisted they didn't have them and nervously shut and locked the door leaving me standing there feeling like some kind of vagrant not good enough to enter his store.

There are not enough words to describe how stellar Beauty Box is!
1. I believe that service is the most important aspect of any business and their customer service is beyond amazing. You're always friendly greeted by the staff members. They listen carefully to what your requests as they do a wonderful job of fulfilling what you want.
2. I came in for a cut and a balayage. I showed them a picture of what I wanted as they promptly showed me a variety of colors that would fit the color I wanted. My hair stylist, Julie, is very detail-oriented, as she meticulously bleached sections of my hair. Because I have a lot of hair, the entire process took quite some time; however, she was very patient with me as the end results were absolutely stunning. I received so many compliments about my hair as I was very satisfied with the outcome.
3. The interior of this beauty salon was very modern and chic. It's very open and spacious, even when there are a lot of customers. They take your temperature when you come in and sanitize each station every time a customer comes in. The salon takes high priority of cleanliness and sanitation, so you will not have to worry about the present COVID situation.

Overall, their level of professionalism in skill as well as customer service was absolutely perfect as I not only recommend this beauty salon but also will be a regular here! I also recommend my hair stylist, Julie, as she is very skilled and also very friendly. You won't regret choosing Beauty Box!

This salon is gorgeous inside. It’s my first time Jane was very friendly and welcoming. Amazing job with my hair color. I came in with very damaged hair.so I was really worried if I will get more damages hair. She knew what she is doing and know what product to use. Beautiful result.
