It’s been over 21 years since I’ve lived in an apartment and I must say for this being a big complex it is very well-kept everyone stay to themselves and very clean didn’t think that it would accommodate all of my furniture coming from my house to an apartment but everything is really nice. I love it here had my first experience with maintenance, and they were very pleasant and professional and made sure I was satisfied

Worst place I have toured we came in on a Sunday and the office continually was closed but from side area I believe was the gym there was young women on her phone, we left came back 2 hours later and she was still on the phone texting and the office said come back at 3, so we waited again and nothing until 340, she then said her name was Karina and that she was busy all day up and down but we seen her on the phone for almost 3 hours, she then proceed to say her family owned the complex and her cousin and her ran the place, so then walked us into a dirty unit, and her crocs kept falling off while she giggled we thought she was very unprofessional and goofy, so politely pretended to get an emergency to her out of that place asap

Community is very Safe and school is very near which is helpful. Appreciate the effort of the staff who maintain community every day. Overall experience is very good. I would recommend Bellaire Apartment to my Friends.

Bel Aire has profoundly stepped up since RW Selby took over the Property Management. The landscaping improved, Old trees were trimmed and cleanliness improved on the property. The improvement to the building structure, maintenance and repair work, painting and upkeep of the premises was well organized. The teamwork of the leasing office and maintenance reflects good communication and action on urgent matters. The groundskeeping massively improved since management appointed Mr Ivy. Every day Ivy makes sure the property is looking good and clean especially after the trash was collected. The leasing office, maintenance team and Manager are very kind and friendly. Easy to talk too and willing to sort problems asap.
Continuous new developments are being made for the Community.i love the indoor washer and dryer that washes a huge load.
Safe and secure place to walk our Pets. Management provides waste bags and pet waste disposal stations to clean up after our Pet. This is a crucial factor for pet owners to be responsible for their own pets and clean up. A quick easy process!

This has got to be the most incompetent bunch of people to walk the face of the Earth. If you ask the residents, they will tell you how badly this has become. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Save yourself headaches and do not rent here. Look for yourself in the reviews. All these people aren't wrong.

One of the best apartments I’ve lived in! I’ve only had good experiences so far. Its a fairly quiet community and the property manager truly cares about residents' living experience. Maintenance is up kept regularly.
I’ve never had any issues with any maintenance requests I’ve had myself.
It’s also located in a great area! Only a few minutes away from all the fun Rancho Cucamonga has to offer

I had 3 outlets in my living room without power. Mauricio was able to find the outlet that was causing the issue and replaced it. It was a relief since I work from home.

Carlos with the maintenance crew has been such a blessing since he got here. Any time I have a maintenance request he is here the very next day at the latest. And is super nice and personable. Great hire for sure.

Carlos the maintenance really awesome always making sure we are good to go even when he is busy he will stop and take time to talk and ask if you need anything.

Do NOT rent from here. The management is the worst, ask around because it's a known and talked about here frequently.
Why the management decided to repave a road that didn't need it in the first place, on the one day it rains so they have to block off the entire road and delay the process over a weekend I will never understand. Plus, it looks even worse than before as they only patched up areas. NO PARKING FOR 5 DAYS INCLUDING A WEEKEND over Christmas Vacation? People are parking in handicaps zones, fire lanes, double parked.it's like Babylon out here. They could of delayed it, yet they made it the worst possible experience. The place is falling apart and they are trying to patch up with "USED Band aids". Not even new band aid patchwork. Termites, Barking Dogs, Loud Partying Neighbors, Loud Cars With Music Blaring.this is as ghetto as you get. Just drive here and look at the "NEW" paved street. Then ask some of the people how they feel about the people/management in this complex.

Absolute horrible place. The new management is so bad that the tow truck company they use talks bad about them. They can't do simple tasks and treat the people who live here like they don't like you. Very cheap place from the ammenities to the actual paper thin walls.

The BEST apartment complex I have visited! Beautiful scenery and landscaping. Manager and staff are very professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is moving in to the area!

BEWARE. DO NOT RENT HERE! THE EXPERIENCE HERE HAS BEEN BAD. THEY ARE REPAVING THE ROADS WHICH IS CAUSING MAJOR PROBLEMS AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE JOB, IT'S AMETUER AT BEST. THIS IS RUN AS CHEAP AS YOU CAN

This place is so clean and pleasant I enjoyed my experience there 10/10 recommend! Tell yo momma and aunties and uncles this is the spot that is hot!

Maintenance team is awesome. My washer started leaking, submitted a work order yesterday night and Mauricio came in and fixed it this morning. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Great customer service. The manager and his team have great communication and get things done! Highly recommend this place!
