The Beverly Hilton, Beverly Hills CA

So, I would have given this hotel 5 stars if I didn’t have such a horrible experience my last day there. My husband and I were sitting at the pool around 9am this past Friday, and a man that worked at the pool walked by and said “hello young people” and kept walking. We didn’t think much of it- seemed innocent enough (and we are young- in our late 20s). My husband got up and moved to a shady spot while I stayed and kept tanning. Shortly after, a woman that also worked at the pool walked up to me (and only me) and asked what my room number is. I told her my room number, and she walked away (seemingly embarrassed). Honestly- I was really put off by this entire interaction. It felt like that man put that woman up to it, and the woman did not ask anyone else what their room number was, and it seemed she only approached me because I was ‘out of place’ from the rest of the people at that hotel (my husband and I were the only Hispanic people we’d seen at least around the pool). Really gross to experience this from the staff when we paid just as much as everyone else to be there. Extremely disappointing.

Stay at this hotel as a hub layover to and from Cabo. Checked in a week ago from this posting for two rooms at $600 a night. One room was completely void of amenity restocking. Room two was OK. Fast forward to the morning and they forgot our breakfast order so we had to call down for it. Needless to say, it was late and pretty much made us late. Upon check out to our final destination, we were literally just given a “sorry” and told that they would make it right on our way back through. One week later.
Fast forward to this past weekend, and one room wasn’t only completely devoid of amenity restocking, AGAIN, but there was hair on the bathroom floor, along with somebody’s clipped fingernail on the counter of said room. Also a room service plate cover with some plastic wrap left on the balcony from previous occupant as well. Oh, and the tiny little brown spot left on the toilet. Leads us to believe that these rooms aren’t as clean as they’re supposed to be and for the price, they should be top notch! They are not! Not only cleanliness wise but service wise as well. Each time, there was very little concern or effort to make things right and we were on the phone with the front desk. Where’s the true management or quality control check?
I am told that we are “diamond rewards” members. Just means that I’m giving them way too much money for nothing really.
Don’t come on here with ANOTHER “sorry you had a bad experience, we will look into it”. I think we’ve heard that enough already! You’ve had multiple times to make this right. I’ve been on the phone during our stays, MULTIPLE TIMES, with the front desk til blue in the face!
Nothing ever gets the attention that is needed nor is there ever ever a resolve! So, no sense in me getting on the phone with you again so again, don’t ask! Last year we just let it go, but it was time to start speaking up! Please people! Speak up, because this hotel is operating under a five-star hotel, and it’s anything but!

Beverly Hilton does care about the Hilton diamond members. Beverly Hilton has problems with their sleeping rooms. There are problems with their internet. Location wise it is excellent.

If you like having your money taken from you and then not retuned despite the many assurances from staff members then this is the hotel for you.
This was my 3rd stay here and this time round I feel truly let down, the elderly bar staff made an expensive error on my card, and it still has not been rectified. I was promised that the hold that was placed on my card on Thursday 22nd June would be removed by Tuesday 27th June and it is now Friday 30th June and you are still holding my money hostage. This isn’t a credit card this is on a debit card where the actual cash is taken and held as pending so I am £100 out of pocket at the end of the month when I could do with that cash. All this arose from the fact that I wanted to buy 2 coffees as there are no facilities in the room.
Appalling service - please feel free to contact me to resolve this matter as I have emailed and reached out on all your social platforms only to be met with silence.

Our family the B Hilton! When we are in the LA area we mostly stay here. Cannot beat the location, price and Great costumer service! Friendly staff to our kids and elderly family members. Counsier's always hooks us up tee times at the best courses around. Sometimes staff has set us up with members to play LACC! You don't know till you ask and a little luck!

Staff was fantastic. Attended US Open and enjoyed atmosphere of Beverly Hilton after Saturday round. Merv Griffin would be proud!

Attended an event hosted there. Parking lot needs remoldeling, but everything else was fabulous
