The BLVD, Bakersfield CA

We went as a family for a game night and the service was top tier. I met joseph at the front desk and he set us up right! Answered all our silly questions and was patient. Look for him at the front desk and he will set up your night. Thanks for being the best in town blvd!

Had a little issue with wait time on rope course but even through the team was handling angry people, they remained cordial and super sweet. Great customer service

First Time here and not impressed. Was not served or greeted. It said self seating and waited more than 40 minutes and more to be acknowledged.

Asada fríes are not good and the tablespoon of asada they put on the fríes are not worth buying it. But the wings we're good.

Its like a happy land each time I walk into this Building. Their is Everything you need to have Fun and to create the best memories lived. Theirs Bowling and Drinking Bar also Food and the arcade Playground waiting for you to have a Blast!

Had a great time here with the family and an old friend of mine. You can rent a Lane for an hour for $30 which isn't too shabby. My food and drink tab came out to $150 bought 2 $50 game cards and a round of drinks was $56. So it wasn't cheap but we had a blast and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be back.

Could not believe the video games and things they had for the younger crowd. Love just walking around it and can't wait to eat there the next time I go back

Very very unorganized when it comes to laser tag, bowling and rope course. Not sure if it’s their incompetent employees or their computer system. But what a complete $hit show. No one knows if they’re coming or going. Not sure how this place functionally operates so messy and sloppy

Have ordered from the blvd a couple of times, each time there has been something wrong with my order. Refund was promised but never got it so I just never brought it up again. Ordered again & told the person over the phone that I’ve had complications before and only asked if they could verify it was made properly. Went to go pickup and Alex greeted me and handed me my food. Let me know it was all there and apologized for past complications. Thankyou Alex for being super awesome! Also the southwest salad was super delicious!

Super great place to throw a birthday party! Prices are super reasonable & the host is really on top of everything & more, they even set up all the decorations we dropped off. Never ran out of drinks & was alway's ready to take more orders if guests wanted something else to eat or drink! The kid's all got in to play lazer tag together with ease & loved it! Just amazing

My kids had a blast. I got to enjoy my time as well knowing they was having a good time just to escape from the world a bit.

Only recently went in for the first time for a family night that was absolutely amazing! Our server was so friendly and helpful! The arcade was fun for everyone, and the laser tag was the best part!

Tonight I went in for drinks with my girls and had the best Halloween themed drinks! Again, our server was the absolute best! Fun and super friendly! Very satisfied with the drinks, snacks and service!

Did a youth sports party on a private room. Room setup was great as well as the package we got for the players that includes pizza, drink, cookie and a $25 game cards for each for all of the great games and activities. Staff was wonderful!

Super fun! Initial plan was to do bowling. Wait was 2 hours. We decided to pay for laser tag. That took a little bit over 1 hour. Had fun playing arcade games while waiting. Had a couple of drinks. They run out of 805 Cerveza, though.

We booked a company event at the BLVD last weekend. To say the least, it was an amazing experience all around.

Before I settled on a venue, I reached out to a couple different vendors for basic info. The BLVD's event operations team was so helpful and quick with responses to any questions I had. Not to mention you have access to your own event portal to review details/make changes/payments.

The host/hostess/bartender were beyond friendly, attentive, and professional. Food was ready (and hot) when guests arrived. It was checked on and replenished as necessary keeping everyone fed and happy. The kids loved the chicken strips and fries, sliders were talk of the office, and the wings.delish!

Private bar was an unexpected surprise! I must have missed that when booking the event but it made everyone feel very VIP! The options for drink tickets made the experience more enjoyable; simply exchange a ticket for a drink within the approved tier (Standard - well/Premium - top shelf) ; thus allowing more time for team building!

Overall, I would highly recommend the BLVD for any company/family event. I go there often with my own family so being able to experience their professionalism first hand for a larger event crowd was worth every penny!

Just had our daughter birthday here on the party bowling lanes VIP. And it was so great everyone had such a great time. The host were great nice bar area and all around great atmosphere we are planning on going back very soon.thank you to Shannon on making it so easy to book!

The main reason Im giving this rating is because me and my daughter enjoyed the games they had. This rating is not for their service. Their service wasnt good. They had a sign stating they were short staffed and I tried to have compassion for that but I seen alot of employees standing around wasting time while we had to ask multiple times for a glass of water. Water, come on now. Someone else had to ask as well and when they brought it they still didn't acknowledge that we needed our drinks. On top of the bad service they still charged 18% tip to the bill. No way around it, you'll be forced to pay 18% on top of whatever you order no matter how good or bad the service is. Very bad.
