The Boiling Crab, Burbank CA

Great location. Super fast and good service. Great place to bring your kids and friends. Amazing food with lots of flavors. Juicy and crispy. Ordered SB sauce xxx spicy. Not too spicy. Great smell and flavors. This restaurant located very near the AMC theater and coffee shop, yogurt shop.good place walk around before and after meal!
They have the patio sitting. They have bar.
I ordered fried calamari. It was amazing. It was thick but soft. The fried soft shell crab was good.

Delicious as ALWAYS, Burbank location is the biggest one I've been to. Staff was super friendly and to top it off had a great sense of humor too ️ bathrooms are decent. But great location, you can walk out and get dessert. Public parking is a plus too!

Shawn was great took good care of me and my daughter, They have TVs everywhere. Place is super nice. Service was excellent.

The lady in the front is extremely rude on 8/27 I came in an hour and a half early and she did not take us in. After all worst experience ever. If she doesn’t like her job she should stay home. Instead of making customers feel un-welcomed, again this is unacceptable to treat PAYING customers this certain way. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Craving CRABCome here now don’t think just get in the car and drive nowThis location is the MOST AUTHENTIC I REPEAT It’s a little busy but trust me it’s worth the wait! Their CRAB LEGS ARE BY FAR THE LARGEST! Snow and King Customer service is off the Hook? I love me some them plus while your waiting you can shop, grab ice cream and more. My Snow crab legs were as big as my arm I promise full of Hot juicy Fresh crab Meat mmmm the sauce was so tasteful and full of flavor unlike the other places. Anyewho come here y’all this the BEST LOCATION thank me later?

We had just never tried the Burbank location.
Miles wise the k-town is the closes to us, but traffic wise this will be it. We only waited for 45 minutes wich is very good for it to be a Sunday evening. Food never disappoints us. I got the whole shabang medium order of shrimp, hubby got crab legs lemon pepper medium one Margarita, water and a coke. We also order rice and fried calamari.
The staff is so professional and I like that they are constantly asking if there is anything else we need. One thing I did notice and did not like was that on the bathroom sink all the grease stays visible, but I like that it was more than 1 restroom.

CUSTOMER BEAWARE, DON'T EVER ORDER KING CRAB TO GO AT THAT PLACE. SECOND TIME THIS HAPPEN TO ME, I ORDERED KING CRAB AND PAY FOR KING CRAB and I received smallest CRAB. They will do you like that. That's what is wrong with this world. People can never do what is right. I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KING CRAB AND WHAT THEY GAVE ME FOR THE SECOND TIME. THEY THOUGHT I WAS NOT GOING TO CHECK THE BAG. Don't let them steal your money. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE star for stealing my money.

I'm not really into seafood but oh my God, everything was delicious. Definitely give it a try. Also, Shawn is THE man. Best service ever. Give that guy a medal.

First time at this location and big disappointment with the food. My king crab legs was super dry and unflavored. Normally, there is more sauce but this location was holding back on it. I was told I’d have to pay extra for more sauce on the side (even though the server stated a lot of people were complaining about it). Staff was super attentive and manager heard my concerns trying to fix it. They did their best but there must be an issue with the cooks. I’d rate 2/5 but the staff and management were super nice with a shorter than normal wait time for a table compared to other locations.

Horrible, waste of time to wait for no tomorrow and the check in staff omg they are the worst for sure.the problem is in their management, come on guys 4 times trying to have reservations and the answer is 2 hours waiting! Really.try having course in restaurant management

Great customer service, they always check on us and are super nice. The food was delicious! Place gets pretty busy here but it was worth it.

Just ok… came by myself for dinner. Wait was only 5 minutes on a Tuesday night. Ordered a dozen oysters… server had no idea what kind they were other than they were “small with rough shells”. Helpful!
The oysters were mediocre at best. For being on the ocean, they didn’t seem real fresh, and I can get better from the local seafood monger in Minneapolis.
Overall I give it a m’eh rating.
