The Bunny reviews
19Did not like my experience at this Boba Location. It was my second time coming here, and I had a bad customer experience. The girl said she was “new” and I was new at buying boba there and she did not help at all, because she did not know the menu either or even helped me out on helping me have an idea on what’s on the menu. If I come please have well trained employees and patience with new customers that don’t know much about boba. Thank you.
Went in 15 mins before closing because I promised my kids, staff didn’t seemed bother and took our order quick with great service
Got “screwgled” with proof again that star reviews on Google are meaningless.
Was looking for a really good coffee in this neck of the woods, and the bunny had the highest star review by far. Pulled into a strip mall with a dollar tree, a goodwill, a smart and final, and a river of spoiled milk puddled in one of the drainage ditches in the parking lot.
Still figured we’d give the place a chance because we were here. Walked in to what is primarily a Boba tea shop, two friendly girls behind the counter and the most harsh, intense hip-hop I’ve ever heard, blasting on the PA. Walked right out again.
Best boba shop in The Valley and has very chill employees and a cute place to enjoy your drink
Best Quality and Amazing 100% Best Service. Julieta and Her Team was Great. 100% Recommended To All the Boba Thai Tea lover Out Here! In The Desert Valley This is the original n best quality tea.i ever had.
I came in yesterday and am still very disappointed. I got a jasmine milk tea with aloe vera and a boba latte extra syrup. To begin service was the only thing that was good. Supposedly the boba latte came with boba, but mine didnt. I had to go back to go ask for a scoop of boba. This drink was amazing and the boba I received was warm and chewy. Now for the 2 stars. The Jasmine milk tea was disgusting. It tasted like the tea has been old, over-steeped, and really sour. It was barely even creamy and not sweet at all. If the tea was any better, this could have been a really good drink. The aloe jelly tasted really firm and hard, like it was expired. I had 1 very good drink and 1 very bad drink. It was a really bad experience all together and I definitely would not recommend.
I will never go back. I ordered a matcha latte with cheese foam and almond milk. My drink was all milk. There was zero matcha flavor. When I reach out I was told it taste like milk because of the cheese foam. What? !? ! No, I've had plenty matcha teas very similar to this order from other tea spots and this has never been the case. On top of that the price you pay for the size is ridiculous. Would never recommend to anyone.
I had no idea how yo order and the young cashier was extremely patient with me.
I ended up getting a peach and strawberry green tea with aloe chunks 50% sweet…. LOVED IT
The drinks are fine, it’s not the best I’ve had. The customer service is good. All around nothing too special. The inside is cute and instagrammable.
Ordered a dirty matcha and came out delicious! I was a little scared because I had bad experiences in other locations like too sweet or hard boba but here was delicious. Even though there was a line it went by really fast, worker was patient and very kind with me. I am from Calexico and definitely will come back here whenever I am around! There where outlets available to use, fresh water, a good temperature not too hot not too cold an sitting! I wish I could give out more stars.
Great drinks. The menu is creative and offers unique boba drinks. The staff is nice and friendly and the vibes of the store are great.
First time visiting and I ordered the Hokkaido Black Oolalong tea with boba which was disappointing.
There was no tea flavor. The only thing you could taste was the cream and heavy amount of sugar or sweetener used. Lastly, I would recommend providing a different size straw or reusable straws that can be used for boba drinks. The ones provided are to thin for the boba.
I use to go to this place alot despite the lackluster customer service, this is the last time I ever come here again. When I went Ash was very rude, she gave us attitude when we would ask any questions. It seemed like she had more important places to be.
Honestly it was aighttt while the place looks much better compared from when they were still ding tea, the service has decreased alot imo.not only is it kind of pricier than other boba places everytime i get sum its either watered down or js tastes off but i mean the owners seem very nice thoo
Every time I order takeout it’s always 10/10, very good boba place! Would recommend the Cookies and Cream with added boba
Everything I've tried is so good. I come multiple times a week and try something new almost every time and I'm never disappointed.
My favorite boba spot in the area. The drinks are consistently well-made, the boba has the perfect texture, and the pricing is appropriate. Some of our favorite drinks are hokkaido black milk tea, matcha lover's milk tea, signature milk tea, thai tea latte, and the hawaii sunset fruit tea. Definitely check it out if you haven't already!
Really nice employees, and amazing drinks. Everything on the menu is amazing and worth trying at least once.
My favorite drink is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea (half sweet) but I also highly recommend the Pink Dragon and the Oreo Crème Brûlée
Lots of good options, I like the top drinks to make it easier to choose when I don't want to think.
