The Camden Apartments

As a 4yr resident of The Camden I just resigned for another year lease term largely because this place is truly home sweet home! A large part of that is attributed to the great front desk team, specifically and especially My two Favs- Joseph & Munir! Since their first days coming onboard, they’ve displayed the highest level of professionalism and care as they handle their daily tasks. Always extremely helpful and kind, having them in the building adds to my comfort and safety. Living in a secured building where you’re greeted by your name and welcoming smiles never gets old!:) Thanks guys for all your hard work (even when some tenants don’t deserve it!)

My time at The Camden was short but sweet. The leasing staff go above and beyond at their job. The front desk security are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Any issues or maintenance requests that arose were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I enjoyed using the rooftop and pool amenities especially. My reason for minus one star was that I found the residents of the The Camden seemed to find a reason to complain frequently, in particular about the enforcement of government mandated Covid 19 guidelines. Besides that it was a good experience

Besides the obviously amazing location, variety of amenities, and beautiful views at The Camden what really sealed the deal for us choosing where we want to live next was our tour with Analicia. She was so friendly, and professional from the initial greeting all the way to the end of the tour. We also had a ton of questions that she answered promptly as well as providing additional details that made us feel so comfortable. I’ve toured a lot of apartments in the last 5 years and when you have someone who you feel you are bothering it can make for a terrible experience. You don’t get that treatment at The Camden, they’re extremely accommodating and genuinely want to help find the perfect home for you. Thanks to Analicia we can’t wait to live here in the future and make The Camden our next home.

I just moved into a studio a few days ago and the whole process was amazing. I did a virtual tour and was really hoping it'd look that good in person and it did! The whole staff is super sweet and they've been so kind to me as I move during this tough time. So far I absolutely love it here!

I lived at The Camden for the past 2 and a half years. I had an amazing experience. Beside the fact that it’s an amazing apartment with great amenities, the management team are super professional, helpful and responsive all the time. The assistant manager Analicia from the management team has been really kind, responsive, and helpful throughout this whole time with anything that I needed. I was also very happy with the maintenance team taking care of any problems and repairs inside my apartment super quick and fast. Highly recommend this place!

I am moving here from san Francisco and was super stressed trying to find a place with everything going on. I met on facetime with Courtney and she walked me through like 4 or 5 apartments and was super great.it was nice to see a real person who seemed to actually want to help.thank you Courtney!

This place is AMAZING! Great team, great service and great amenities. Looking forward to outside again:)

We love you Camden?

I have lived the Camden Hollywood for over two years now. The best part are the people who work here - Cassandra and (both) Brandons are amazing! Friendly, helpful, quick - always exceeding my expectations. The security team is friendly and the building is always being cleaned and maintained. It is a well run building. The apartment finishes are superior. The amenities are great - I work from the hub often and enjoy the pool and screening room. Friends visit and always say WOW!

My husband and I moved into the Camden in May of 2016, shortly after its completion. While at the time this was intended as a temporary housing solution in the interim of selling our condo in West Hollywood and buying a new one, the Camden very quickly became our home. Over the nearly 2 years that we have lived here, we have been spoiled to the point that we find it very hard to imagine living anywhere else. From the contemporary style and finishes to the myriad of amenities (salt water pool, hot tub, cabanas, movie theater, club house/kitchen, recording studio, dog park with washing/drying stations, patios with pizza oven/BBQs, etc.), anyone will be hard pressed to find an apartment building of equal standing in the area. Moreover, the presence of a world class gym such as Equinox — accessible from the building lobby — makes it very easy to never want to leave the haven of comfort that the Camden boasts right in the midst of the hustle and bustle of central Hollywood. Last but not least, the friendly and helpful staff round out the experience. The maintenance team is highly skilled and most of them have been with the building from the get-go, so they are rather familiar with the fittings and equipment (Bruno especially is a gift from heaven). The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and helpful — with the long-standing concierge, Cassandra, being a major asset to the building. The online building portal makes maintenance requests a breeze and also allows you to conveniently make rent payments and reserve building amenities. Moreover, it informs about any upcoming community events — of which there are plenty —, usually with delicious catered food/drink from local restaurants and wellness treatments offered by the Equinox spa and several other providers. These events are not only reserved to residents but also to their pets, making the Camden an ideal place to be a pet owner. The aforementioned dog park and the washing/drying stations allow you to cater to your dog/cat without leaving the building — even though it is a pleasure to walk the neighborhood and enjoy just how very far it has come in the last few years. Just steps from the building lobby you will find a fantastic Trader Joe’s and enough restaurants (both casual and fine dining), hair/nail salons, bars/nightclubs, fitness facilities (such as Barry’s), the Arclight Cinemas and several trendy hotels such as the W, the Redbury and the Kimpton Everly to satisfy your every craving. The building also happens to have arrangements in place with several of these establishments for special pricing/treatment for Camden residents. While I could go on and on about why we feel so very at home at the Camden, I recommend you book a tour and see for yourself!

Just moved into The Camden with my girlfriend 2 months ago. This is by far the best building we've lived at in Hollywood. The staff in the office is wonderful. Everyone is always nice and super upbeat. The events are fun and the building is well kept. Our move in experience was great, From the time we signed our lease to the day we moved in.

The lication is awesome with new Dream Hotel, Equinox, and shoppes.and that’s not the best part. They have curated a great community that is fun, but not as ridiculous as it could be.

They weren’t cheap on the pool, hub, and other grounds and Cassandra makes sure we are happy with events and just generally setting the tone.

Relatively few bad appeals for an apartment community.

Nice place if very expensive. I don't live here but my friend does. The pool area is beautiful and everything is new. And Trader Joe's is right across the street!

The management team at The Camden is tremendous and goes above and beyond every day to ensure a top notch experience. They are half the fun of living here.

EDIT: after sharing my complaints after moving out, they did help waive the painting fee from the apartment

I moved here in August. When I was signing my lease the woman helping me told me I could do an 8 month lease. Before I signed I pointed out to her that the lease said 14 months. She told me not to worry, she would just go in and change it later. After signing my lease, and I understand that I shouldn’t have trusted her verbal promise but now I realize she didn’t have my best interest in mind, I emailed her a week later asking if she had followed through and changed it to an 8 month lease. She replied, telling me I had signed the lease and changing it now was not possible. I reached out to the manager, the assistant manager, and her multiple times and basically they told me they couldn’t do anything. I felt very scammed. Besides being disgusted with how I was treated, the fire alarms go off at random times for no reason and we have to evacuate because the noise is deafening. The rent is also ridiculous for the space. There are so many other places you can rent in Hollywood where the staff will treat you respectably

The professionalism of the staff makes living in the building a truly blessed experience. While I am a fan of the whole Camden team, 4 of them have made my personal experience special from the start. Bruno, Brandon, Josh and Cassandra have been amazingly helpful and friendly. Whether it's; promptly and effectively completing a service request, informing me of potential local traffic challenges, providing answers to random questions or coordinating wonderful resident events, I can always count on them.

The Camden has its ups and downs like any new building but the staff was beyond amazing especially Cassandra at addressing any issues to the best of their abilities. I lived their for several months and am off to continue my adventure elsewhere.

At first i thought this was a nice place but even lance stewart mentioned in one of his vlogs that he had to move as it was annoying here because of fire alarms, issues with the elevator and others.

I am really happy at the Camden. Cassandra and Sascha and the other staff organize really cool events like pool parties with a DJ and a hair braiding bar and there is no charge to attend.

This is by far the worst place you can move in Hollywood. Don't spend your money here, their elevators don't work, my mom and I were stuck in the elevator and I missed work by an hour! The fire alarm stays going off every other day.just don't waste your time here, there's no grantee you'll be getting what you paid for.

This is the place for me when I moved out to California so yeh and I am starting with YouTube vlog life and this is the right place for me
