The Camp Transformation Center - Victorville

I signed up for a 21 day challenge seemed like a good deal $77 for a personalized meal plan and weekly check-ins including weigh ins. The first day I went in the lady at the front gave me a generalized meal plan and a guide for the challenge. I had to ask to be weighed. Classes were ok. Kinda felt lost with no direction on the workouts. They only show you one time. I really felt no support or that there was even a challenge in place as your pretty much on your own. I asked the lady if there is anything more to the challenge and she said the app they have can be used but they really just answer questions. She specifically said they don't force you to do anything and I said I am not asking to be forced just some kind of accountability or something. She said yea we do do that. I then asked if I can have a personalized meal plan since they gave me a generalized one and her response was that she doesn't do those. That but the guy that works there can. So I ask him and he gives a smirk then looks at the lady and says um yea I can do one the next day. After that I was done, never went back. Very unprofessional and I had an unpleasant experience. I've done better challenges then this one. No motivation whatsoever. They don't care just want the money. I will never go back or recommend. Waste of money.

I signed up for this location they took my money and they don't answer their phone and I went to the location it's either out of business or they moved bottom line they stole my money. This is so unprofessional.

Such great trainers, they really do care about you! They are very positive and motivating and I love their workouts.
