6Great trainers. Great space. Big enough lot. Wonderful intro programs to show you that your goals are plausible. Clean restroom. Great service at the desk. Encouraging AFF. Nice workouts. What more could one ask for?
The staff is very supportive and helpful, lost 16.7 lbs in 3 weeks, their exercise routine is different every day, so no time for your body to get used to it.
Bad service i the stupid gate was close they dont even bother to come check
Had some safety issues with the trainer one night almost letting the bar fall on me during. Bench press. So I brought it to the director Daniel attention and he just tells me I'm being overly sensitive. Then to top it off while I'm explaining how insulting that is he starts texting while I'm talking! So rude and unprofessional!
Most trainers are good. Some few clowns attend the classes, wish the trainers would correct this.
I was really disappointed that i cant currently afford the "free" 6 week challenge.
