We worked with the wonderful agent, Natalia Zeligman, at The Cardoza Group. Not only did she find us our dream home, she never once told us that what we wanted was impossible to find (we had a lot of specifications due to our mother in law living with us, and needing care.) Natalia found the perfect house for us, went to bat when it came to making an offer and then held our hands through the purchase. She's an amazing agent who I would not hesitate in recommending to others.

The Cardoza Group is truly exceptional and offer opulent experience! When we first met, they were overly prepared and even printed a customized book with our property’s info and the list of services they offer. We were impressed with their presentation, real estate market knowledge, marketing skills and ability to adapt to the latest technology.

It was a no-brainer for us to work with them since we could recognize the attention to details, desire to deliver quality and warmth in their communication style.

We were absolutely fascinated by the marketing material they prepared for the property we wanted to sell: high quality pictures, video, 3D tour with ability to measure the rooms digitally and the property brochures for the buyers! Chris overdelivered on the specific quality request from our side. We were so proud of them for going above expectations in making our property stand out from the rest! All their efforts paid off since we were on the market for only one week.

At the same time they were assisting us in discovering the replacement properties. Natasha went above and beyond in helping us to find what we are looking for. She was putting a lot of hours in searching for places, setting up showings, writing offers, and negotiating with Chris’s assistance.

Natasha set us up with Coming Soon email notifications for properties that would come up on the market. A second after we saw a coming soon property, we asked her to schedule a showing for the day when it will go on the market. What Chris did instead was remarkable. He asked the seller’s agent to show us within an hour the same day they listed for the coming soon. That proactive action helped us to reserve the property before anyone could see it.

Ana was very helpful during the all escrow processes while corresponding with other parties regarding different matters.

You rarely meet people that absolutely care about their clients. The Cardoza Group does. Even on the day of key exchange, Natasha had to drive very far to pick up keys from the seller’s agent and bring it back to the property. Chris went above and beyond in dealing with home warranty to make sure we are fairly compensated for the appliance issue we identified two days after we moved in. He prioritized our issue in his busy schedule and dedicated significant amount of time and effort to resolve it successfully. We were deeply touched when he delivered good news.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I went to the Cardoza group after an agent I was working with left me feeling unheard and not represented properly. I met Chris at an open house when I was with a previous agent and his positive energy stayed with us.
