Michael who used to work here and now works at Cheesecake Factory Beverly Hills provides me with exceptional service every time. He never disappoints me. He keeps me coming back. I love their brown bread and sourdough. I get their amazing Greek Salad with Salmon. Michael is amazing and should be promoted to either the general or regional manager. Michael, thank you for always making me feel welcomed and taking great care of me.

Love it because you get the best complimentary service and great choices of foods and delicious desserts.

Been here on n off maybe 5x year since 2018 and I'm struggling to find a negative critique.

The staff is always polite, friendly and helpful.
The food and drinks are always good and tasty.

The best remark I can say about this location is its consistency. If you want a break from making dinner at home or you want an easy spot to eat out, you may want to consider this specific location. It's a great place.

I was waiting for online order, i asked for help an older lady with glasses told me it was rude of me to ask for help i was confused while so many people were waiting for online orders while the orders sat there in plain view. It was just unnecessary and disappointing.

When everyone in your group has a taste for a different style of food, go to the Cheesecake Factory! Everything is amazing and you can get everything from Chinese food to steaks to pasta to salads. You can't go wrong.

This Strawberry and peach with vodka blended drink was absolutely delicious
I would give 5 stars but our service was slightly lacking that night
Other than that the drink and appetizers (I ordered sliders with cheese) were most satisfying

As always, this place has the best food and service here. Reasonable prices for a pretty fancy place, and food is excellent! And ofcourse the cheese cakes are Heavenly

The food was good but the service was abysmal. We waited for our drinks and food for way too long and our waiter disappeared too many times. The heater outside smelled atrocious which in turn caused a few of us to become nauseous and get headaches.

Had BBQ chicken salad, passion fruit ice tea, raspberry cheesecake which was excellent, noisy in bar area

If I can give this place a 0 star I would be glad to because this cheese has servers and host that gave attitude and when I came I was craving something from the kids menu and that’s all I wanted and I received the menu and they refused it and my server was giving me attitude and I asked to speak to the manager and again I received attitude from the manger. IM THE ONE PAYING FOR THE FOOD NOT YOU and I feel like because I’m a teen and my parents aren’t there you can treat me a certain way that discrimination to me and all I received was attitude and I heard the manger and that server talking about and to all the different locations of cheesecake I went to they always said yes and there were happy and positive with it and gave out good vibes and I don’t really appreciate being treated like that or looked down because what I wanted to order.your servers and host gives attitude and seem always angry and upset including your manger and I’m never coming her again to spend my money on food and eat it when I’m upset. IF YOU WANT TO COME HERE AND GET UPSET DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION NOT WORTH IT

Really good food, took a little bit too long to get the food. Also take in consideration that you probably will have to wait a little in line

I have been coming to The Cheesecake Factory for decades as well and absolutely love the variety of food offered for the reasonable price at which it is offered. If you have a party that doesn't quite know what type of food they'd like or want different type of foods, The Cheesecake Factory is a must.

Definitely my favorite cheesecake factory.long waits are expected at any location if you go during peak hours, although this location gets the food right everytime.always great service as well!

Prices are getting out of hand places that room allowed and lately it takes a while until they bring your food and I guess they are on their staff

Love the Cheesecake Factory. Like to sit outside when the weather is nice. They have a huge menu. I love the steak Dianne combination. Delicious!

Out of all the cheesecake factories I've been to this one has the best service. It's always crowed so prepare to wait at least 15 minutes for a table

Such a crowd and cozy place, last time i was there i fell in love with one of the waitress, i know they're just doing there work but she was pretty nice and kind. Food was pretty good woww pretty satisfied, keep going.
