19Cold food even though I came in an order waited an hr.then given the wrong order, and given cold herb salmon.very unorganized
It was Monday night. No waiting for 5 of us. Our waitress was nice. We ordered. We waited. We got very hard, crispy bread basket. Asked for fresh bread. Waitress acknowledged the hard bread and said "yes, I know, as soon as fresh bread comes out I will grab you some. " We got new bread 15 mins later.it was NOT any softer or warm. So disappointing. The waitress did bring us 2 baskets of this so called fresh but not.hard, crispy bread. We were all so hungry.we ate the hard bread.
Waiting for meals again. Thinking maybe they forgot.as it was now 6: 47pm.we had ordered at 6pm. Finally food came to our table. My sister and her husband got their food first. Ten mins later my nephew and I got our plates. 5 minutes after us my mom got her plate. My plate of meatloaf was semi warmed. The sides of mashed potato and corn were cold! The burger was so red in the middle. We asked well done like 4 times when ordered. Has to return those 2 plates. More waiting. It was not crowed in our section, by this time. 2 families that came at the same time had already left. Too much wait time. Food seemed warmed in microwave when it returned. Definitely the same meat I had before, as I had taken 2 small bites out before returning it. Hamburger returned more cooked. Overall, too much wait time. My nephew and I took our food to go, as everyone was already done eating. It was 8: 05 pm.
Very disappointing experience for all of us.
Very bad customer service, had to wait for our food for more than an hour. Had to wait for each food item to come separately with 15mins - 20mins gap.
I had high hopes for Cheesecake Factory but I was really disappointed.
The worst pasta I’ve ever had. Very good service but the bistro shrimp pasta and carbonara were so salty and sour.
Dined here on a weekday, had a terrible experience with the service. After being seated it took almost 20 minutes for our server to reach us to ask for drinks/get waters even though it wasn't crowded. Even after that she would keep disappearing and it would take a noticeable effort to get her attention. The food was good and at par with our previous experiences here/other cheesecake factories.
It's the Cheesecake Factory - highly dependable, huge menu and respectable service with the ever famous unlimited bread for keeping you extra full. Come here on probably a monthly basis and have yet to have a bad experience.
The menu is great with lots of great options. The food is tasty. The decorations inside and the patio is lovely. The service has room for improvement.
Got seated quickly. They took out order
but didn't turn it in. More than an hour to get our food. It was cold when we got ours. Second time this has happened at the Westfield Valley Fair location.
We brought guests and chose them because one person won't eat anything but beef. Ninety four dollars plus tip for cold breakfast. Denny's would have got it right.
Server was super friendly and attentive. Food was cooked well and flavorful. The sauce on the stuffed mushrooms was deliciously rich and my favorite part, presentation a little messy. Overall great experience even though the wait was pretty long. This place was PACKED for the lunchtime rush so plan ahead!
They ruined their signature drink: JW lemonade! Changed the mixture/ingredients and it now tastes terrible. Used to be so good, especially when they were using Chambord, then they switched to imitation raspberry liqueur, now they've changed it again and it's absolutely terrible. Why do people change a good thing? For money? NOT good. Very disappointing.this was one of the reasons it was my favorite restaurant. Now, might think twice about going. Food is still good, but you ruined one of your signature drinks! I hope the higher ups read this.
Cheesecake Factory always have consistent service and food regardless of what city or state and this location absolutely on point. The food was awesome and the service was great.

After being seated it took about 20mins to get our drinks only for the waiter to realize they weren't our drinks. He came back and gave us waters. Didn't see him for another 5 min until he said he would be back with our drinks. 5 minutes passed and we saw him taking down another tables orders and him walking by with still none of our drinks. Decided to leave, probably will have to make the drive to a different branch.
I placed a curbside order that advised that my order would be ready by 6: 34pm. I received an email that started the same, and advised that I would receive a text once my order was ready. I arrived at 6: 40pm, and still no text, so I called the restaurant. The "server" who answered the phone advised that the kitchen was backed up and that I should wait to receive a text notifying me that my order was ready. By 7: 34pm, still no text, so I decide to walk into the restaurant, only to be asked my name and then be handed my food. Needless to say, by now my food is lukewarm, and only God knows how long it had been ready. The cashier who gave me my food offered no apology, so I walked away. I can honestly say the service was better during the pandemic shutdown, Cheesecake Factory actually cared about providing a good experience and great customer service. Do better; and still no text
Our food was outstanding just like our server. Monalisa I believe was her name. She went above and beyond. Your staff is great just like your banana cheesecake. This location is definitely my favorite
Tonight we placed an order (calamari and a slice of cheesecake) and DoorDash indicated it would be an 30-40 minutes. After an hour and fifteen minutes the food was still at the store, according to the app. We called The Cheesecake Factory to inquire about our order. After five minutes, a woman answered the phone when I explained to her what happened, she said she would transfer the call, but did not clarify to whom, and proceeded to transfer where I stayed in limbo for ten minutes. I hung up and called again, the same woman answered and said she would “walk back there, ” I’m assuming the kitchen, and check…. Before I could say anything she put us on hold and after 40! Minutes listening to almost an entire album of songs, we had to hang up. Because in the meantime we were speaking with DoorDash who just said to cancel the order because the dasher had been waiting forever as well….
Overall, just disappointed with the lack of responsiveness, diligence, and customer service provided….
We just celebrated Friends Giving. The food was amazingly delicious and the service was top of the line awesomeness.
Expected better quality of food. Could tell most of food was prepackaged frozen and reheated. Staff was low energy and slow, unhelpful. Worst of all, parking still just sucks. Even with the redesign, extremely difficult to park
Everithing was great but Salmon was Bad or Not cooked properly Very disappointed…all night My stomach hurted
