DELICIOUS! It was a long wait and they were out of the first two things I ordered, but what I ended up with was divine. Never been disappointed with Cheesecake Factory in KC, LA or anywhere for that matter. Great dining experience! Great job Chefs! Our waiter was also very professional and friendly; we enjoyed our experience and our visit to LA!

This experience was phenomenal we had an amazing waitress it was a great experience there was no rush we got to enjoy ourselves at the bar because there was an hour and 40 minute wait but it was a Saturday night dinner time rush-hour and the waitress made us feel very comfortable and she was very attentive the food was amazing it was my first time trying the chicken Bellagio if you haven’t tried it it’s a must try my brother got the juicy burger so good and everything was epic the cappuccino was strong and very flavorful we definitely will come back it was an awesome experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My experience here was horrible. The girl on the front desk was gossiping with another coworker as we were in front of her waiting to put our names down on the list and she finally decided to address us but in a very rude manner. We waited almost 2 and a half hours for an “hour wait” and and decide to go back and check the status of our order. There were two new people in the front desk and they also addressed us in a rushed and rude manner. They let us know it was going to be ANOTHER 30-40 minute wait. At that point I was fed up, it was getting late and we ended up not even eating there. I work in customer service so I’m usually extremely patient when it comes to employees and any situation. But this was just too much. Please do better.

$$$ nothing vegan to speak of (3 $15 appetizers) Everything too large.
The place seems so large too. We stayed outside and picked another restaurant in the mall for food.
We could be in the light and smell the sea air.

Loved this one.clean elegant and so relaxing with the very dim lights.
Food was phenomenal. I will visit this Santa Monica location again.

Wait time was very long, more than 1hr on Saturday for dinner.
Lettuce wraps are great, liked the pasta, lemonade, everything good. Samosas too small in my opinion.

I had patio seating that overlooked the city and oh it was beautiful. It was slightly cold but they had heaters so it wasn’t a bother and the food was as always AMAZING. The service was good I got everything I needed and was helped in a good timing with good attitude. Would definitely go back

Food was good but disappointing had to order to go because would not seat 2 people. The restaurant was not busy or too late. Need to make better accommodations for small parties. Very disappointed had to eat dinner in my car first night in Los Angeles

I love the Cheesecake Factory it's my favorite place to eat at and the one in Santa Monica is really nice at night the mall is lite up and it looks really pretty the food is good to my waiter was really nice and sweet. I never have a one complaint when I'm eating here.

Today 05/03/2021 I went to this place for the first time. I have to say that the employees are really polite and not mentioning the food is excellent. Me and my husband are really pleased with the service our waiter Ray was really sweet and polite to us. Thank you cheesecake Factory for the amazing experience.

I don't know about the other negative reviews but you should expect a long waiting period when you get here to book your party because a lot of people does go to this restaurant. Their pasta and glamburgers are delicious kind of worth the price. The only problem we had is they take a while to bring your food and server is always busy with other guests.

Went and had lunch with a friend. The quality of the food and the service is amazing. There was no wait and the food came just a few minutes after ordering. We had the Buffalo blast, clam chowder, chicken picatta, and hibachi steak, and of course we had leftovers. The food was just as amazing the following day. As for the cheesecake I had the pineapple upside down cheesecake and she had the celebration cheesecake. We both like the fact that there was cake and not just cheesecake in the dessert. It added a layer of texture to the dessert. Loved the experience.
