Factory food with no flavor and no care. Will never go again. Their day was the 80s and 90s. That chain should really hang it up.
Not a popular opinion, just not a place that I prefer. Have to say that they muat be understaffed currently, like most. We were alao seated towards the end of the night, after waiting for 1.75 hrs for a table. Fish and chips, who could mess that up, right!? Obviously old fryolater oil and fries were bland at best. I have always felt they are very expensive for what you get.
Such a good place, workers are so kind, and food was even better! We came for a birthday and they even fave the birthday girl a little treat for free, not only does the food look beautiful but it tastes better!
I met the sweetest waitress in the world, she was so sweet and she just made my day. Food was good
We were told 45 minute wait time, then told another 15 minutes and then told another 15 minutes. We were on a time schedule. Got seated and waited about 10 minutes before waiter came over. Never got bread that was baking.
Excellent service. Like many restaurants at the moment, the CF is working with a short staff. Despite this, Shawn D was an EXCELLENT server and went above and beyond.
I'm very disappointed in the service. The service was slow but its understandable since there was a large party near by. My problem is I was allowed to order a dish they were not offering for the night. 10 minutes after I put in my order I was informed that I needed to order something else. This caused my food to be delivered well after the rest of my party, so much that they were done eating before my food came. To add insult to injury I asked for extra sauce to help this dry and very bland angel hair pasta only to be denied. As much as people speak highly of The Cheesecake Factory I don't see the hype. The food is over price which would be okay if the ambiance was worth it but it is not. I guess I'll head over to Eddie V's for a decent dinner.
My experience at the Cheesecake Factory was okay I wish they had more available tables not not knowing their most popular dishes I asked the waiter or waitress what she would recommend she recommend the grilled salmon it was all right I plan on visiting the Cheesecake Factory again but when I do I will take the time to look at the menu and pick for myself
