The Cheesecake Factory

Just ordered our New Year takeout. I ordered the orange chicken many times in the past, but this time was terrible. Either they didn’t add the sauce to the chicken or changed the recipe.

Had the kindest and amazing server that attended us.

Phenomenal meal with this sweet and delicious dessert. Hopefully the next time I come here Lemoncello Cheesecake isn't too overwhelming with it's sweetness for my folks.

They were only able to eat a few bites before it was too much for them.

I can say is nice, but you can not get enough light to see each other; food is good in the low side (salad was old and freezer burned), drinks are really sweet, service is good, you can notice a lot of new people, but dessert I couldn't believe, you expect the best cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory, but All It was like 2 cups of sugar, it was supposed to be Lemon Meringue Cheesecake, not good at all, did not expect this fro The Cheescake Factory.

Over all it was good. Started out rough they went seat us and apparently got us mixed up with another party so we had to wait again after walking the whole dining room. Then we had 2 dishes that was incorrect 1 was fixed right away the other we told them not to worry about it. Our server was very nice.

Best cheese cake I had ever. I love the flavors, that moist of the cake and the taste just blast on my mouth. The stuffs are very friendly, I really had a great time here.

Waited half an hour for a little bar table then another half hour to get our food. Ordered sourdough bread with my meal, they were more like bread stick and hard as a rock. First time eating there very disappointed. But I do have to say the cheesecake was 5 star.

We made a reservation. Then once we arrived was told we didn’t have one even though we had a text message to prove it. Terrible customer service.

It was an extremely pleasant mealtime today even though the staff were troubled with a huge crowd of persnickety customers (45 min wait)! The reason for the lunchtime wait was a dire need of cooks, having just hired 6 new ones but the work is overwhelming. The mgr preferred to allow waiting customers to shop at nearby stores, people-watch or sit in their cars for the hour wait prior to receiving the text that they could be seated & orders taken! Everyone was heard to apologize over & over for the long wait at noon on a workday. The food service was quick and as ordered. The servers were in good spirits and attentive in spite of the impatient crowd! I gave my server a 25% tip because it's tough to suffer without complaint or attitude! I will definitely return! Well Done! Bravo!

Wonderful experience with the hostess, and our waitress Theresa was attentive and friendly and she boxed out food up perfectly. I recommend her for when you are dining here! I also had the avocado spring rolls and they are divine!

Tried to call few times for a pick up order. They kept transferring me, was on hold for a good 20 min total. (Which is a lot when you have cranky hungry toddlers).
I asked for a manager and asked for a gesture unfortunately he didn't care and didn't even offer the slighest gesture. He said it's Friday night and we are busy. (Google live shows the place is less busy than usual). Disappointing
Edit: i got there got a text that my order was ready. U called them to say i was outside. They transfered me again and left me waiting in my car for 10 min. I went inside and they said your food is ready we are bringing it from the back. I had to wait another 5 min then another 5 min for the cashier to take my payment. Spoke to the oanager again and he offered to re make my food whisk was going to take another 15 to 20 min. I gave up. I've hooe my burger was very mediocre, cold and without the avocado i paid extra.no ketchup, no mustard like i requested. Thank you for ruining my Friday dinner and mood. I wish I could give you 0 stars

I had the combo brunch and it took 50 + minutes. Whoever had the idea to mix butter with syrup needs to rethink that idea. Butter is tasteless. Now you made your pancakes more tasteless. Cheesecake factory is better than this.right?

We've been to different locations of one of our favorite restaurants: Cheesecake Factory for years. Our experience is always great whether we celebrate a family birthday, we go for a romantic dinner or to meet with friends. The menu is huge and the desserts are to die for. I had this last week (check the pic). Yum yum!

So my wife & I decide to come for a desert just like every person with a sweet tooth & it’s mostly known for there desert & everything on the menu is either gone or they ran out & to be honest that’s unacceptable for a restaurant especially named Cheesecake Factory… if I can put no stars I would so I guess you should come at a curtain time when they have all the desserts available or just call ahead of time to see what is available… & this hasn’t been the first time either …

Unfortunately after pandemic quality of service and food went down, but the prices went up.
Wait time 50 - 90 minutes, many choices were out of product and macadamia cheesecake discontinued (

Customer service is wonderful. Staff is very knowledgeable on whats good. Unfortunately, most of the itens we would like to order was not available. We still had delicious alternate meal we enjoyed. Crab dip and sweet corn cake were delicious for our appetizers. I had the Thai chicken salad and husband had the beef tips with salmon and mashed potato. Then for dessert Mango lime cheesecake I didnt share with anybody because it was that good. Place is not too crowded but I highly recommend to make a reservation ahead for big groups.

Hostesses working tonight 8/21/21 were in a terrible mood and do not understand customer service. Both brunettes were offended when we asked for wait list updates and misquoted every time. We understand restaurant business is unpredictable but it's supposed to be hospitable, which they were not. 100% rude and uncalled for.

We were a party of 6 and none of us were thrilled with our food (presentation, taste, some not even warm). The server was excellent!

Always worth the wait. These servers work so hard in a time where businesses are short staffed. Thank you for showing up and making our evening delicious and wonderful! This is our absolute fav spot and we always bring our tourist friends and they are always impressed.

Came here twice and each time their menu was limited. First time my friend ordered a dish off the menu and after 30min they told her that they ran out of that dish so she ordered another dish which was brought out and other 30min later and they got her order wrong and still charged her. Second time I came here they didn’t have 3 of their specialty desserts and clames to “run out of it all”. Save yourself a trip and go to a place where they actually have all the things they advertise on their menu.
