The Cheesecake Factory

Ate here for a girls night out and a friend's birthday. Service was quick and the food was tasty. This would be a good date night restaurant or family get together. The only thing I didn't like was how close our table was to the two on either side.

Everything was cooked beautifully and with the help of the delicious bread and butter our family was perfectly sated and quenched. The waitress was excellent and very patient with my talkative dad. If you are'nt pick and indecisive the only downside is that the menu has way too many options. It's an easy go-to if you wana spend a little more on a nice dinner.

Both my partner and I experienced food poisoning.sick for days after and just in time for Thanksgiving. Not sure what the age of the meats but will be very reluctant to patronize this establishment again.

Today was just not my day I guess. I came here for a simple Caesar salad with chicken/onions and a lemonade. The place was so crowded I was touching peoples elbows just to get my takeout. After paying for it I had to wait 35 min for it, for a salad I ordered 30 min before & was already ready? I finally get my food and head to my car when I realized my lemonade cap is broken since it was dripping out, didn’t think so much of it until my drink broke and spilled before getting in my vehicle. I ended up leaving instead of going back because of the wait and crowd. I get home to a plain Caesar salad with no chicken and grilled onions so I drive back and explain what happened and at this point I just decide to return it & get a refund since I didn’t wanna wait for what was missing. I was polite and ended up going about my day but I would of appreciated a bit more from the manager who helped me if he would of offered me a desert or a full refund for there mistake it would of made my time here a bit better.

1st, we normally love this place. However, tonight was a bummer. I had to make a reservation through Yelp. The restaurant would not take a reservation. What was odd is that they asked me for how many people for my reservation before they told me that I had to use Yelp.
Anyway, my reservation was made and they state that if you aren't there they will cancel your reservation 5 minutes after your time. We showed up 10 minutes before 5: 00 p.m. And the maitre d told me that he did not have a reservation. I had to prove it to her by showing her with the email confirmation.
She then told me that they would clean a table for us and we would be right away. A half hour later I checked back with them and they said that they were cleaning a table for us. What they didn't tell us is that I have a wife and a daughter-in-law and a granddaughter with me and they sent us outside in an area where the heater did not work.
The service was okay, my food was less than acceptable. The others thought that it was ok. But the cheesecake was spot on!

We made a reservation a week ahead and called EVERY DAY to check. When we got there, they said we have an hour wait? Even though we made a reservation. Very unprofessional, would NOT come here again. If you’re looking to reserve, don’t expect them to take it seriously.

The menu is HUGE! And I don't mean the cheesecake menu either. The service is decent. The crowd can be big. So.watch out for the line.

Was good but they had no vegan. Every restaurant should offer vegan today, made a suggestion to the manager.

Booooooo! I waited 25 minutes for an online order of a couple apple crisps. I think I'll stick to Denny's.

I ordered a side of green beans and mac and cheese for pickup with two slices of cheesecake. Got home and everything was great except for the green beans. I paid $6.95 for what looks like the smallest side, I can literally count the green beans. Pretty bummed.

I finally learned what all the fuss is about! Delicious food and fun atmosphere. Now one of my favorite restaurants!

We try finding this restaurant along the way to our San Diego trip. We always end up loving the food we ordered especially because it was always complimentary. The Cheesecake Factory is a "go - to" place for dinner.

Great food, not too pricey. The wait was a little long, but it was also Saturday night. Very acceptable, given the circumstances.

Loved this place. They have cauliflower tacos that can be made vegan! I was so surprised how good they are. Service was great as well!

Honey truffle chicken is. Summer waiting on my family & I, she was super sweet & attentive. The coconut cream cheesecake is amazing and tastes exactly like an Almond Joy!

It's very good. The portions are more than one person can complete keep that in mind when ordering. The wait time tonight was about 20 minutes. The service was good. Try the skinnylicious menu unless you plan on taking home leftovers or wasting alot of food.

Our server last night was Damon, (sorry if missed spelled). He was the best we have ever had there.

Food was delicious. Lasagna was the best I have ever had. Recommend it highly. Cheesecake heavenly of course. Took a video of how delicious the strawberry cheesecake really is. Went to celebrate my birthday. Maria was our us hostess and she is awesome. Went back again.

It was a wait but we did have 10 people with us. 2 hours.
Food was great as were the drinks though. Georgia preach and pineapple mule are highly recommended.
Orders were wrong and so were the checks. The staff was very friendly and got it fixed after a couple tries.

Food was Great and so was the Hospitality the only thing that fell short were/are the singular seating the chairs are small and uncomfortable!
