We were there over the weekend and a very bad experience. One of the dishes we ordered had bar bread and it was in poor condition, spoiled. I went for the first time and certainly the last time and although they apologized, we had a bad time

My friend and I went to eat here and firsthand, waited 15 minutes to be served (had to get up and find a server) and when we got our food it was delicious, $13 for 5pc of stuffed mushrooms isnt a really bad price especially since I rarely find stuffed mushrooms anywhere, but felt a little bit outrageous. 20~ish minutes after eating and already back at our hotel, my friend became very sick, guessing off of their mac n cheese. Overall I had a pretty okay time there but for a first time there after hearing the praised Cheesecake Factory for so long and having to try samples of others food from there for years, it was quite a letdown

Really enjoy the fusion food here. Ample selections for the hearty and more slimming appetites. They have an excellent assortment of salad options and a variety of entrees that are always richly embellished. I wish they had more meat options to add to their chicken options. Lots of chicken to choose from but not much on meat other than a burger or a couple of steak options. Regarding the atmosphere, the environment and beautiful architecture is amazing. The most challenging about the restaurant is the icy cold air conditioning and the loud noise. The booths are nice but there is so much noise throughout the restaurant that it is hard to hear a person speaking just sitting across the table. The staff is always excellent and polite. We go back here frequently and enjoy the menu and overall quality of the restaurant. At this garden Walk Anaheim location, they validate your parking.

Ordered Keylime cheesecake through DoorDash and received Keylime pie. They advertise it as Keylime pie in a cheesecake. And then the manager of the store hangs up on me and tells me that they don’t serve Keylime pie. But obviously it was Keylime pie and not Keylime cheesecake.

Over 20 years ago they had one of the best Keylime cheesecakes I’ve ever tasted, it was light green, and it had a dark chocolate cookie crust. And it was incredible. Obviously, their standards are incredibly low today. As well as their service.

I spent over $100 last night and this is how they treat their customers.

Indigestible pie.

Good food, great service. Reasonable pricing for what you get. We sat outside and it was nice and quiet with minimal street noise.

Sold out of the burrito. Nachos were awful, chicken sandwich underwhelming. Cheesecake was superb.

My wife got pretty bad food poisoning from here last night. We had to go to the Hospital today and we’re visiting from Canada. Luckily we have travel insurance but I would very highly suggest everyone to stay away from ordering their meatballs. Had to cancel our remaining park reservations.no refund. Lost lots of money.

We all know is a good place, good chain. Food is consistently good, massive portions but everything lovely. Never disappoints

Stopped in for desert to go. It was very quick, the service was great and the cheesecake was delicious.

I will never buy a whole cheese cake again. They are frozen if you buy a whole cake and I was not aware of it. No one even mentioned that as well at the restaurant. I called them and they said they can’t do anything about it. Very disappointed!

Great food, just a lot of it! Definitely bang for your buck. Is super busy but very worth it

Too noisy, they should modify the decoration to absorb the sound better. The service was not up to the standard of the price and the food ist just normal. The cheese cakes are amazing, probably the best I tried (I tried all the different ones we ordered) but they are a calory bomb, I suggest sharing.

Pasta was not cooked and stuck together. Server/kitchen missed one item when entering the order. When item came out it was missing an added item. It was brought in the side about 20 minutes later but by that time the pasta was cold.

Who doesn't like the cheesecake factory? Got an appraiser, the avocado egg rolls and also had a lunch size spicy pasta. Had the coconut cheesecake. Delicious

This location is beautiful & definitely worth visiting! Although it was packed the restaurant is big enough to accommodate everyone with many tables inside & outside with only a 5 minute wait on a Saturday evening! The interior design of this location is absolutely breathtaking, I was truly in awe as this is something I appreciate & definitely adds to my dining experience! The avocado egg rolls & the spicy cashew nut chicken were both perfect! Our server Amanda was personable, sweet & friendly, this by far is the best Cheesecake Factory that I have ever ate at, I will definitely be back!
