The Cheesecake Factory reviews
15Portions are massive so be warned. Food probably wasn't good value but the dessert selection does make up for this
The cut of meat was on point, very delicious but its accompaniments left a lot to be desired, the mashed potatoes had a very hard consistency and the green beans were not to be talked about. Excessive seasonings and when sautéing them I think they burned them because they tasted bad.
Yesterday me and my husband visited The Cheesecake Factory for the first time and we were very excited about it. However, we had a very horrible experience. We first ordered Louisiana chicken pasta, and we were shocked to find the pasta was served cold. After we complained to the waiter, he changed the dish to Chipotle chicken pasta, which tasted very bland, and it was nothing close to our expectations. But the worst part is that next day, I developed a stomach upset and stomach pain, due to the food that was served.
After this experience, we have decided never to visit The Cheesecake Factory.
Chain restaurant, up to the standard of other Cheesecake Factory.
Quite gigantic portions (too big, hence a lot of waste), very rich food (too much) and prices, all in all, quite high for the quality.
Rooftop dining, great location! You have to be okay with the pigeons coming in hot as soon as people leave a table and there is leftover food around.
The place is very famous and tends to get very crowded. The ideal for weekdays is to arrive before 7pm (if it's for dinner), as the queue will be shorter. The turnover is high, as the place has many tables.
The atmosphere is really cool and frequented by people of all ages. The flagship pies are mouth-watering.
Despite the name, the place serves food of all types and varieties, with a very large menu. The prices are high, but I think they are consistent with the prices practiced in most restaurants in San Francisco. The main dishes are huge and can be shared, especially if the group chooses to order starters.
For starters we ordered the fried Mac n cheese, which took a while to arrive. But it made up for it because it was very good.
For main dishes, the bacon cheeseburger was very good and the chicken Bellagio was incredibly well served.
In the end, we no longer had space to discover the famous dessert that is the name of the house. A shame, but we will try to try it soon
It’s plastic wonderland! From the bag to every little box.wakeup cheesecake factory, everybody else tries to improve, you’re way behind. It s my one and last time here!
The cheesecake factory is a place to go. Many choices of cheesecake, very good. Seen on the magnificent terrace. In the gallery, it's already Christmas
Unmissable option in San Francisco. Wonderful place, great service and unmissable dessert!
Staff was great! Very nice and friendly.
The server took our beverage and food orders right away and food came out fairly quickly.
The flavors of the pasta was ok, the flavors are watered down for our liking.
My daughter had the stake and shrimp.it was I believe the most expensive one, yet had only 5 bite size pieces of steak and 5 shrimps. The kids food was great, and the size as well. The cheescakes where good. I recomen the tuxedo and the caramel. The regular, again, too bland for our liking.
My daughter ordered the shortcake strawberry. That thing is HUGE and we would of loved a warning.
We forgot our debit card and realized and picked it up later without issues. Staff was very nice and look for it and returned it.
I would love to go back and try a different dish.
Food good. Nothing from the starts but a trustable place for always a at least good food. And the Cheesecake was amazing as usual. The jw lemonade was really smooth and taste.
Super quality as always!
I tried Angel Hair with shrimp and Chicken fried orange with a Blue Moon beer, fantastic!
Excellent View and service with a View.
Please be sure to book in advance in order to avoid the long quee. If you manage to get Seated you will be literally on the top of Union Square, with a privileged View on the sunset and the arrival of Karl (SF fog). Food is great, we had excellent fusion dinner, and a very good service by very experienced waiters, which I thank. Cheesecake makes the difference, but you would normally appreciate it the next morning for breakfast as it is impossible to finish the very big slice!
We had a light lunch here and a cheesecake.yummy! Thank you for a service with a smile and finding a solution for our requests) There was a short wait and it was quite crowded on a Saturday, quite noisy, but they found us a table next to the window. Lovely view over the Union Square as well.
