The food arrived quickly, which was great since we had grandkids. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

I enjoyed the apps much more than any of the mains we had. The we’re pretty inventive but constantly sweater than I would have expected. My fish tacos were bland but well prepared and nice fish. Food for the masses.

Huge menu offering a little bit of everything for every one. This location is consistent with other Cheesecake Factory restaurants in terms of decor, ambiance and food quality. The menu is very large with a cheesecake section that will satisfy those craving desserts after dinner. We came here for dinner for a party of six. I called a few days in advance and made a reservation. It was a Saturday so I’m glad I did. When we arrived at 6pm the place was very busy. They seated us immediately upon arrival. We got a large booth inside. They also have tables outside overlooking the water too; very cool! The bar area looked impressive as well but we didn’t have a chance to get drinks. Everyone in our party was very pleased with our food but we were too full to have dessert. Our server was most excellent! This place offers a wide range of food selections along with quality service. I highly recommend it.

I would have liked more fish, or at least consistent sized pieces, I assume it's all done by weight. The food was good, and everything was cooked perfectly.

Man, I love cheesecake factory. Quality food at great prices. Very consistent. Wide variety of selections. The atmosphere is always amazing. Feel like you’re in a Vegas casino. It’s very grandeur. Always very comfortable booths and lighting. Lunch specials are always great. I usually get the crusted Romano chicken. It is always so good last time I got the combo chicken Madera, and steak Diane. Well, you know the dessert is spectacular. Definitely my go to with friends and family.

Went there to celebrate my Bday and visit with my friend. Also why doesn't CCF do anything for Birthdays? So strange of all places. Our server was pushy to order drinks & meals and wasn't very pleasant at the Rancho Mirage Ca location.
Won't be back for any celebrations that's for sure. Many other options in the desert!

We had reservations for 5 pm.got there early and were told we didn't have a server. This restaurant was not crowded at all.
When we were finally seated I noticed all of the crumbs that were swept from the table to the floor and the rest between the cushions and the banquette.
The server was prompt however less than 30 minutes into the meal it was her break time. Remember, the restaurant said they were calling in a server. Go figure.
Our friends had the filets and they looked good, the pasta was barely tepid so why use a towel to handle the plate, and the sliders were very good.
Will we go back? It's a toss up.

The worst customer service I have ever seen, very rude hostess,
I hade a reservation and yet they made us wait for 25 minutes, the excuse was there are busy and I can choose not to wait and leave!
So I left

We were a party of 4 with a reservation. We arrived 10 minutes early because we were told that you lose your reservation if you are 5 minutes late. The hostess told us that our server wouldn't be there until 5 and it would be a few more minutes. Finally, out phone said that the table was ready and we showed this to the hostess who said our server would be with us soon. At 5: 08, we were seated. After we were all served our server came up and said she was going on break and introduced another to help us. As to the food the filets and the sliders were good but the skinnylicious chicken penne pasta came to the table luke warm. Also, beware of the crumbs on the benches and floors.

It's a great place to go. They have really good food. It's nice to sit out on the patio and watch the ducks in the water. I love this place.

Try going around noon, there was barely any people, so we got our food relatively quick. The server was super nice and professional. Pasta and sald were good, spaghetti could have had a tad more salt, but overall, it was very good. Get ready to spend a lot.the building looks like a castle

We got an appetizer, two entries, and dessert.

Service was excellent! The Chicken Madeira was a bit under done, but the chocolate cheesecake was excellent.

If you haven't tried the Pumpkin Pecan cheesecake you're missing out! I typically order Tiramisu dessert. I'm not a big fan of cheesecake BUT the Pumpkin Pecan cheesecake deserves 10 stars! Truly amazing. I even got a free slice for my birthday from the rewards program. What a real birthday treat. Thanks Cheesecake Factory.

Of course their service is great. I usually get the spaghetti with meatballs or Chicken Alfredo. Their salads are gigantic lol and so was the nachos. Probably because it was dinner time not sure.

I was surprised at the lack of gluten-free options. Surprisingly, it seemed that their largest selection of gluten-free options on the menu was Italian options. The meal was less than impressive and very disappointing. With all the gluten free noodle options on the market you really missed the mark.

With that said, my wife loved the gluten-free free burger, so I'll give that shot next time.

Egg rolls were great, honey truffle chicken was great, pasta was ok, linguini cooked too much consistency like Ramen instead of linguini (cajun pasta), fish tacos needed more flavor. Bartender could not make drinks that were not on menu.

Generally good, but sometimes takes a while to get a table or get seated. The food is OK and portions are a good size, but not giant like they used to be. Service is usually friendly and fast.
