The Cheesecake Factory

Placed an order for pick-up and for the 3rd time the order was not complete. Had to drive back to pick up the entre and the food we did get sat at home getting cold. I didn't think reading the order ticket was all that difficult, no matter how busy the restaurant is. Never eating there again.

I don't like anything here but the cheesecake but man, it was good. Key lime forever.

Our food was freshly prepared and tasted very good. I got the Asian Chicken Salad which was different from the last time I had it at a different Cheesecake Factory. There was a lot less chicken on it and a lot less dressing. Other than that, our food and Mel, our server, was awesome!

The whole experience was nice, starting with the atmosphere. Waitresses made you feel like you were at home. Food was very well served and very delicious, so there was no room to try their famous cheesecakes. I highly recommend it.

All was very good. My wife yummy salmon, although it did have some unexpected bones. I had spaghetti and meatballs. Large portion and better than expected. A garlic toast option would have completed the meal. But that was satisfied by the bread and butter privided. The server was prompt and attentive. It was an anniversary lunch and didn’t disappoint.

Love the skinnylicious dishes especially the steak medallions! The steak is always cooked perfectly and the gravy is delicious!

The food is about what you can expect from a minimum wage workforce.edit: in response to owner response.we let management know.i ordered medium rare and it was well done.they remade it.it came back blue rare.i showed management again.i just decided not to eat dinner there.the pie was still good.

Ordered a cheesecake that they apparently didn't have any of, so why call yourself a cheesecake factory, if you clearly cannot meet basic demand. 1 star for not taking the time to mark as not in stock or unavailable in the delivery app.

The food was overpriced. But very delicious. I had to wait with no beverage or water for a while.

Chicken chipotle pasta, the club sand which. Original cheesecake. Warm apple maple crisp

The club sandwhich- was a 2.9 stars I would have preferred if the meat used was actually cooked and not served cold.
The quality of the fries is not there they have no flavor profile of their own.

Chicken chipotle pasta- wonderful the chicken was fantastic it had so much flavor and was juicy with a little spice. The pasta makes me wonder why the club sandwhich had such a low quality?
The pasta was decent a bit chewy I prefer them to be soft.

The Cheesecake is very filling and thick it is what I expected it to be.

Warm apple crisp was decent with the ice cream.

Total cost 94.55

An upscale restaurant including the prices.
Very friendly service, nice ambience and atmosphere.
The food was very tasty just a little.
The cheescake was awesome, super tasty and a huge selection.

The food here has declined, a lot. There's no flavor in the food. I'm not sure if they even attempt to salt the pasta water. The fish and chips; the best part was the chips. The batter flr the fish had less flavor than a glass of water. The burger was well cooked, no seasoning though. Used to be good.now - not so much. I'm sure their namesake is still good, the cheesecake that is.

I was on a visit here in LA, really craving for red velvet cheesecake. Found this place and we bought 7inches ultimate red velvet cheesecake, It was amazing, full of flavour and really tasty. I am more than happy to find this place. The service providers are really helpful. The Ambiance is good and service is pretty fast. I didn't have time to eat there but next time it will take some time to go here for dinner or lunch.

The worst food I've ever eaten, to be honest it was like an overpriced banquet meal. I wish I had the photo for the Pineapple Shrimp & Chicken plate I ordered. Our waitress was excellent bit the food quality was far below par our whole table was upset that their food was the same quality bland, stale and no flavor it seemed if the food was plated and holding for several minutes before being served. This was my 1st and last time at a Cheesecake Factory. Not to mention our Bill was $225 the quality food we received was not worth $225 It wasn't even worth $50 and that's sad to say.

As we all know, the Cheesecake Fac was never a cheap place to eat at. However, their post pandemic prices are even higher than before. Way higher. What I cannot se ANY way to justify is $5.50 for Iced Tea or Arnold Palmer. This is just ridiculous!

Was nice, I go here a lot! I don’t have the words to describe it, but it’s so nice only thing Id change is the service it’s nice, but the waiter took a really long time to come back but she did give me a free bday cheesecake (must have account btw so you can’t just ask) I will link images:)

Restaurant of pastas and pizzas of good preparation, there are soft drinks and alcoholic drinks, there is lunch, good service, good prices, they have places in different places. I recommend it.

Hate to rate this place bad. Ordered 4 entrees, two of them were sold out. Two entrees arrived 30 minutes before the other two. They did not have Modelo. Really, they ran out.

Over all, a horrible experience
