The Cheesecake Factory

You can't go wrong with this place! The food and service are always good, and the cheesecake is always FANTASTIC! Be prepared though because it's always crowded, and there's usually a wait.

I really like this place but they took off my two favorite flavors of cheesecake: German chocolate cake and Craig's carrot cake cheesecake. Gotta take away a star for their oversight. Other than that they have a slightly smaller dinning room augmented by outside tables so they can seat a large party if notified with about an half hour advance notice. Small bar facing the mall for alcoholic imbibers. The kitchen is damn efficient and they pump out meals quickly. I was impressed with their fish tacos. Really delicious.

It is a perennial favourite. We come here a few times a year. The food is often quite good.
The reason for the three stars is that lately, on the last few visits, the table service has been lacking. Neglectful wait staff.forgetting our orders, mixing up our orders, not apologising but rather making excuses and acting like they're doing us a favour allowing us to dine at their establishment. I do hope it changes for the better as I would hate to strike Cheesecake Factory off our list. The Newport Beach location is a lovely experience.but the one at The Shops at Mission Viejo is small, loud, crowded with people standing aroung waiting for tables or their takeout, and the staff are not attentive or on top of their game.

Ordered the fish tacos. They used the wrong tortillas. They took my plate back to fix the issue. After few minutes I got the new dinner plate. But unfortunately every flower tortilla was soggy. Very disappointed.

This is a great Cheesecake Factory lots of parking out front 2 rows of handicap parking staff was really nice food is always great

There were a large group of us (10) and the food came out in a timely manner and everything was delicious. Only one person's wasn't hot enough but that's an easy fix.

Deserts is great, and orders, but usually is very busy you never go fast for leaving, you need time wait always

I want to give a big round of applause to everyone at The Cheesecake Factory in Mission Viejo, from the servers, hosts, hostesses, bartenders, managers, and of course the chefs! You guys are the best and deliver only the best! Also, I want to give a shout out to Lucy and Austin! You both rock! Thank you! By the way, the Baja Chicken Tacos are freaking delish!

Worse service ever!
Ordered corndogs and sliders for the kids and asked for them first.
Server said he didnt hear the sliders.
Had to ask twice for bread.
So over and done with this restaurant.

When I come to Cheesecake Factory I have to get the Louisiana chicken pasta. I get it almost every time. I just have trouble deciding on what cheesecake I’m going to get. I usually get the adam’s peanut butter cheesecake but lately I’ve really been liking the macadamia nut slice of cheesecake.

I placed a take out order and everything was perfect. Service was excellent and my order exactly as I wanted it to be.

The food was good. Parking is terrible and so full always. Service was slow. It must have been abnormally so as the manager came out to check on us. We ate outside and it got a bit chilly before they turned on the heaters. We expected to be done much sooner, but with the food delay, it was getting dark before we left. I'm not sure we will come back with the kids. It was hard to wait so long.

Always a good place to for good food and a good drink. The lemon drop martini is always good but a bit tart this time. Not sure if they changed the recipe for this item.

Love the lunch portion salad, still a lot of food. Was disappointed in the French onion soup. Was flavirful, but no croutons and only a little (very little) sprinkle of grated cheese. No crock, no wow

The strawberrylemonade & potatoes was ok but 3 stars for the Hollidnaise that came on the Chicken & Waffle Benedict and the key lime cheesecake.
I tried the Hollidnaise before I ordered but being a first time customer I decided to get the entree w/o any modifications.
I will go back and try the entree w/o the sauce
My rating do change pending how often I visit.

Celebrating 44 years of marriage made more special by the excellent meal and friendly staff. Happily noisy and pleasantly crowded, people celebrating everything from milestone achievements to just TGIF! Always a safe bet when only something really special will do.

Great food and plenty of options. Lunch menu is the best around with good sized portions and great pricing.

We normally have great service here but this visit wasn't up to snuff. We were seated at a dirty table, bread plate was dirty, the chair back across from me was splattered in ketchup. My wife and i both ran out of tea twice. The waiter was rarely to be found. We were there at 4: 30 and it was not busy at all. We were there celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary wishing we had gone someplace else.

I usually order 1 of these 3 items: Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp, chicken and shrimp gumbo or the Jamicican black pepper shrimp. You can't go wrong with any of these. Today, I ordered the Bang Bang and ppl around me were asking what the name of the dish was! Always looks and tastes good! Just wish it was a little spicy but you can't have everything!

Great customer service but a lil to over packed but isn't that big of a deal. Food as always the best.
