Mr.choyice is hand down one of the top defense attorneys in Sacramento he took on my case that i had been fighting for 2½ years with a public defender. The PD was trying to get me to take a deal and didnt want to hear me proclaim my innocence after getting no were with my public attorney i seen mr.choyce get his client at the time case dismissed so i ask his client for his number apon calling mr.choyce he heard every detail i had about the case and assured me he will get this over with 2½ weeks later my case was dismissed by the state due to mr.choyice hard work hands down best experience ive ever had with a lawyer i highly recommended Mr.choyice

I fired this firm and hired Ashley Amerio to close out my case. The Amerio law firm reach a reasonable settlement in LESS THAN A WEEK after this firm dragged my case out for more than a year. I have had more conversations and actual legal counsel from them as I NEVER had an actual conversation or any type of recommendations from Mr. Choyce. Imagine a paralegal texting you for a year talking about a statute of limitations every time. (When I would called and leave a voicemail, I got a text back. Email = text back) Then after I fired them they lied to my new lawyer about what they did (which was nothing) and are attempting to fight the fee reduction. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE! If I could give them zero stars I would.

I employed Mr. Choyce to handle my car accident bc I wanted to patronize a black owned business. That was the biggest mistake I could have made.

I was involved in a car accident on November 20,2020. I was injured and the other person admitted fault at the scene. Over a year later absolutely nothing has happened with my case. Brianna has never called me to provide any updates and I constantly have to reach out to them to get an update, which isn't an update bc they haven't done anything with the case. She's always saying "we are still within out 2 year statue of limitations", meaning they have no plans to be more aggresive either.

I finally told them I wanted to sue the other party to get the case closed (bc they were actually trying to "negotiate" in good faith with an insurance company that clearly is taking advantage of the fact that they don't care about my case) and so they moved my case to litigation, and you guessed it, nothing has happened since.

Hiring this firm was the worst decision I could have made. At least if I would have went with one of those "car accident lawyers" I would have recieved aggressive counsel who know what they're doing and know how to navigate insurance companies and car accident settlements.

I’ve used quite a few attorneys before in the past for other cases. Would most definitely not recommend this place. Also expensive.

I was able to call the Choyce law firm and get the help I needed. When I called he would respond and answer the questions I had. Mr Choyce helped me with my case and charges were able to get dismissed. Can’t thank you enough for all your help. If you need an attorney that will get the job done for you this is the guy to go with. Stay away from other attorneys like Vince Maher who will take your money and do nothing for you like he did to me.
