We rang The Circuit Pros Company amidst a crisis after we'd experienced a loss of electricity in several of our kitchen outlets. Jermaine, who we interacted with on the call, was highly professional, lucas explained their fee structure and provided a detailed rundown of what would occur when the technician arrived. Lucas turned up roughly 30 minutes later and immediately got down to resolving the problem. He didn't just rectify the issue we had contacted them for, but he also sorted out a glitch with our dryer and patiently responded to numerous queries about various problems around our house in the City of Industry. He was so pleasant and amiable. The overall experience we had with The Circuit Pros Company was exceptional and we will definitely employ their services for any electrical issues we encounter in the future.

Jeff did an amazing work troubleshooting and finding the issue. He even rescheduled at no additional charge to contact tech service of my Mini Split to find the correct issues. In the end of the day, the repairs were affordable and there was zero pressure to upgrade. It was an honest and fair assessment.recommended!

! ALL THIS TROUBLE FOR AN EVALUATION!

I called them for an evaluation due to my ac pulling power. I had an appointment on a Friday between 1-2 no one called me or text me
Called them, they sated that they are running behind schedule. Asked for a reschedule for Wednesday between 10-11.

Once Wednesday came along no one showed up or called past 11 so I called them. They told me that they were going to see where their technician was. Called 45 minutes later they transferred be but no one answer
Called them 3x more after that they didn't answer me.
By my 4th call they blocked my number. I used my boyfriends phone to call them and they were in shock when they heard my voice again they all of a sudden they could have a technician come in the next 30 mins

Professional, the pricing was reasonable and the fix was done promptly. I've found my forever electrician.

I had a complication with my home electrical panel, Spoke to the manager and after an evaluation he recommended to replace the whole panel because it was to Old, Polite and professional looking forward to keep working with this company A+

Carl expertly hung 75 feet of string lights ans also connected a fountain on a porch with only one power outlet. The lights arrived out wonderful and figuring out how to get power to the fountain, which also involved adding switches to control both the pump and the light was pretty tricky. He offered us several options/prices and we chose the one we preferred. All the work was completed in less than a day. We are happy with the way the project worked out. Carl was professional and enjoyed working on a creative job!

I have two sets of multi-switch junctions in my 1989-built condo. As Clarence, my electrician told me, I'm a guy who knows just enough about wiring to be dangerous, because I knew these boxes were daisy chain wired, a practice not approved of …

Richard Ryan, Danny Horton & Dean were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They took photos and were informative While determining the cause of the heating system malfunction. Heat was corrected expediently and they weren’t bothered at all by the constant attention given to them from our silver lab. We will be contacting them again for future house maintenance.

I can’t say enough about the work Tanner provided. He is efficient, knowledgeable and a perfectionist. I will call him for any of my electrical needs in the future; huge or small. No doubt about it!

Company has a good business plan on how to treat treats their customers. Always kept me informed on when they were coming and before arriving let me know who I’d be meeting. Takes time to explain things and I’ll refer and use again if I need to. Hope I don’t need them. Alexis and Chance were very respectful and professional. Would have them in my house to work anytime. Thank you gentlemen for a great experience.

Nick arrived out on Christmas Eve and worked until almost midnight to make sure our family was taken care of. Words can’t describe how thankful we are for his task as well as the whole team at Sergeants Electric. Thank you so much for the above and beyond service!
