I dropped off two white dresses that needed to be altered for my wedding two weeks before I needed them. I even stopped by the week off and confirmed in person they would be ready because I had heard of a bad experience from a neighbor. When I arrived to pick the dresses up, they hadn’t been touched and no apologies were made. I had to race across the street to Ogden’s Cleaners who completed the work perfectly within 24 hours. DO NOT waste your time at the Cleaning Baron, they will ruin your garments and fail to meet crucial alterations deadlines.
