I would rate this place a zero if I could.
We went in to get a the sole of a pair of boots replaced, we asked for a leather sole and the gentleman said it was doable and gave us the receipt after we paid. When we picked up the boots they did not have a leather sole it was a rubber sole. When we requested he correct his mistake he said he didn’t remember if we said leather or rubber sole. We said we would pay for the difference and he said no he would do it but we had to pay for the rubber and leather sole.
Did a great job repairing grease stain on my dress shoes. Highly recommended.
Mark is an excellent craftsman and highly experienced Cobbler. He replaced the soles and heels on my Ostrich Quill boots with the utmost perfection. He is also a very nice man.
Great work, right price. Very friendly gentleman, will go there again when boots need re-soled.
