Terrible cappuccino, horrible hit chocolate, awful croissant, disgusting egg and potato burrito. Wasted $35 for family breakfast and trashed it all.

I saw on the menu a vietnamese cold coffee, so I ordered one. They donuse real condensed milk. The taste was far from a real Vietnamese coffee, but at LAX, it's close enough.

This is the first coffee shop you encounter when you exit the international baggage claim, and it is a terrible way to welcome people to the United States. I recently visited and not only was the coffee absolutely terrible (worst I've had in years), but the staff was very unfriendly. Worse, a cup of coffee and protein bar cost $14? Avoid.

Terrible overpriced coffee and extremely slow service. This airport terminal is the absolute worst.

Awful coffee, tasted like I'm drinking a burnt tea made of the cardboard cup it comes in, just terrible.

Overpriced (of course, it's an airport) and not worth it at all.

- Stomach ache / irresponsible staff -

I purchased an iced mocha latte with oat milk, for I am lactose-intolerant. When I picked up the drink, I asked the barista if it was made with oat milk, and they turned away and didn't say anything. I did confirm it was my order before I drank it, though.

Later, I experienced severe stomach problems - you can imagine the rest. I contacted the CB CS online, and the first representative responded; however, I was connected to a manager that claimed I had reached the wrong person (yet that person seems to be in charge of some LAX CB stores? Unclear).

I have contacted two more times over the month - it has been two months now, and I still have NOT heard back from them. I consider this a food poisoning case.

Terminal 7 United domestic has really limited cafe and food option so expect some very long lines especially during early morning madness rush hour. Coffee is however very much worth the long wait as it’s delicious. Baristas are very friendly and doing their best, but place is understaffed, there was just one person at lunch time, clearly not enough to serve amount of passengers. Prices are quite expensive e.g. $1.45 for an old and rotten banana is rip off. Some cabinet pastries and drink to go, grab options but not much and nothing vegetarian. Overall it’s good place for coffee but for food you are probably better off with the Panda next door

Paradoxically, the Terminal 5 location is missing, so there's an understandable amount of reviews for that location, this one is for the Terminal 5 store too.

I have never seen such a feverent display of California's consumerism culture than The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at 5 in the morning. The line was over thirty minutes long, and even with prices what they are, the answer was universally clear, "We want coffee, and maybe food. "

I must agree to the extent that more staff is still needed to manage the queues, but once the order was placed the wait wasn't at all long. You have a cheaper option with the Dunkin, but do you really want to walk all the way to Terminal 4? It's all in what's in front of you, and with a local brand to welcome you to LA or to wave you goodbye, it stands to reason this is it.

The barista was fabulous and so kind but I had to make her an Alien to keep her identity private. I did order a hot sugar free vanilla latte and at first it was great but after 30-40 minutes the texture really thickened. I did drink most but had to toss the last bit away.

Wildly slow. 25 minutes to get through a line of 20. Like there’s a gas leak there or something.

You don't need to wonder if these baristas hate his job it is very apparent. He seemed bothered when my order was placed and made my drink incorrect. When I apologized and said I'm sorry, I ordered it with.he snatched the drink and added the smallest squirt of whip cream, and placed it back on the counter. Honestly, just make your way to Starbucks.dont be disappointed like I was. Get coffee from Einstein bros, Urth Caffe & Bar, or any other coffee place in LAX.

Terminal 5 disappointing choices for dining and prices are expected but outrageous. The Coffee Bean actually had more reasonable prices the (Mint Chocolate Iced Coffee) exceeded my expectations and was amazing I also ordered a chocolate croissant which, on the other hand not good. Great service and super friendly workers. TERMINAL 5 - location

One person is doing all the work and the other three employees are talking to each other while the line is out 30 minutes long. Doesn’t make sense. Do they have a manager or any sense of urgency? This is an airport after all.

Choose another place to spend your money! I ordered a cappuccino to go, as my flight was already leaving, after about 10 minutes when I went to drink my coffee there was only half in the cup, the other half was just foam! I paid for foam, terrible place.

I ordered a chai latte and it was disgusting. They just put powders with hot water. It tasted like sugary milk and cero Chai. It was almost 9 dollars and it was the worst Chai I’ve ever had. I had to discard it.
