15 They must be doing extremely well. I filled out my information online and never heard back.
Went to the location, the guy at the front desk made me wait for 5 minutes while he went to a room less than 10 steps away all to return with the sales persons business card.
Customer service is terrible, I couldn’t imagine being a member of their high society club.

If you’re looking for a co-working space, I highly recommend The Collection! The space is always clean and well-kept and surrounded with like-minded entrepreneurs. Great energy! The landlords (Chris & Carrie) are also amazing and super accommodating, which is always a plus!
Caution! We moved out in mid-September 2021 and have not received our security deposit back to date. Very difficult and slow administration. Now the landlord wants to pay back the security deposit in 4 installments with incomprehensible deductions because of allegedly late rent payments.

This space is a gem! From the beautiful vintage elevator to the plants and decor, everything about this space encourages the energy of modern luxury and productivity. Coffee is available in the shared kitchen space, and there are plenty of areas where one could work or sit to collaborate with a fellow co-worker or guest.
True definition of co-working space. Super hospitable! Accessibility and service at The Collection is better than what I have experienced at larger branded co-working spaces! Real chill spot and in the heart of DTLA. Highly recommend. Shoutouts to the owners Chris & Carrie!
This is the best co-working space in all of DTLA, I am so grateful to have found it. The building is beautiful so when you walk in, the feeling of success sets the tone for a positive and productive work day. The co-working environment is perfectly balanced. There is enough space for everyone to feel productive yet not isolated. The kitchen is clean, which is HUGE: including the refrigerator which is super important. No unwanted leftovers. I've left a few spaces. Internet is strong and tables are super larger. Everyone is friendly and the owners are fantastic people. C+C, thank you for providing a fantastic space for me and others to achieve our goals.

I've been with The Collection since 2018 and still love this place! It really is the perfect place to work- great location, Wholefoods is down the corner, short walk to a variety of restaurants, great energy at the workplace, lots of natural lighting. Also, Carrie and Chris are awesome. Did you know Chris made that wooden conference table himself? ! They really care and this is what makes this place so special.
This place is FANTASTIC.
First of all, it's open 24/7, which is extremely convenient. I was just passing through LA en route to my final destination when I had to find a place for an emergency conference call. The Collection was one of the only co-working spaces still open.
I called in and Chris the manager was busy, but he called me back promptly and gave me all the details I needed- where to park, availability of wifi and ethernet connection, amenities etc. Super nice guy, very professional and accommodating.
The space is centrally located and very easy to find.
When I arrived, everything was super clean and sleek.
I was in a real pinch and this place came through in the clutch. This is my new go-to spot in LA.

I have found it hard in the past to find decent hotels in LA that did not cost an arm and a leg. The Collection - Coworking and Office Space was recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there and enjoyed the experience. I booked the hotel right away after hearing her review, because the prices were reasonable.
Unfortunately had a terrible experience with the owner.he apologized for things getting “heated” but he has a very bad temper. I would not recommend this establishment.
Chris has put so much care and exceptional design into this space, I love the natural light and varied workspace options. Soundproof call rooms and frosted glass office dividers give privacy, and a big kitchen and living room area give a community vibe. Since the space is on the 9th floor, it feels like leaving the downtown bustle for a zen, posh workspace upstairs. There are healthy lunch options and coffee near the building, too.
