Friendly and professional plus Raul drove me back to my office after I brought my car in, then completed service in just a few days, and picked me up at home so I could get my car, which looks fantastic after repairs and a complementary wash. I highly recommend this place for any auto body work! I hope not to need future repairs, but if I do, I’m definitely coming back to The Collision Clinic!

This was my first experience dealing with a car repair shop. I was a bit nervous at first going in I did not know what to expect. Raul, the owner, was super friendly and had explained everything in detail that was going on with my car. When I had questions I did not feel like they were dumb questions coming from a female, I felt like he validated them and respected them. He made me feel valued as a customer. He gave me an estimated time frame when my car was going to be done and he called with updates and what was going on with the process. This was by far such a great and positive experience dealing with a collision center. I know that next time I have car trouble I can always go back to this shop where I feel comfortable. After being let down by local body shops who pretended to know what they were doing, I reluctantly drove 3 hours from Claremont to see them only because they were referred by a trusted and reputable source. Wanted to share my great experience with Raul and the Collision Clinic. I contacted them after hitting debris on the freeway that damaged my bumper, radiator, and condenser. They were able to get me in right away. They worked with my insurance company without issue. Although auto body work is never cheap their price was more than fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. My car was ready in a week and was in so much better condition than when I left it. They even washed it and cleaned my headlights which I wasn’t expecting. Hopefully I won’t need them again soon but if I do I know where I’ll be going.

I had no idea which body shop to turn to for some damage on my 2020 4Runner. Luckily, The Collision Clinic was on my list of shops to check out and hopefully get an estimate. Raul and his wife greeted me like I just stepped into their home. They were both welcoming, warm and friendly. I like doing business with people who are personable. When they seem like they care about you then they’re going to care about your car.
Raul provided a written estimate on the spot. He explained the process and the price was very reasonable for the work entailed. There was no hard selling whatsoever. He allowed me to decide for myself and encouraged me to look up their reviews.
I felt so good about that initial encounter that as soon as I got home I called to book the job. Didn’t even lookup reviews. Didn’t have to. When you know you’ve met good people, you know. And good people don’t sell bad stuff.
The entire process from start to finish was flawless. Raul said what he’d do, and did what he said. Isn’t that all we ask for when doing business with people? The best surprise is when there are no surprises.
