The Commons at Elk Grove reviews
2I am the owner of Megan Mobile Notary. I have been to the commons many times. I am always greeted by the awesome staff ready to assist me at check in and helping me find my residents rooms. They often have fun activities going on like painting workshops while I am there that I see the residents enjoying. The facility is very clean and feels like a home.
I highly recommend The Commons of Elk Grove. My mother has lived there for over 3 1/2 years. They have navigated the pandemic brilliantly, and have always kept the residents safe and active. As all businesses, they have had difficulty staffing all of the positions, but I must say, all of the staff have stepped up to fill in the gaps and maintained their focus on their residents. We visit my mother two or three times a week and find the staff to be attentive, friendly, and when asked to do some thing for us, have always done it with a smile. (of course with the mask you can only tell, looking at their eyes that they are smiling). The front desk staff is very resourceful and always willing to help. The directors are attentive, and responsive. They are getting a facelift, and the place is looking like new again. I can always call and I know they have our backs if we need help with my mother between family visits. I commend them on their staff. They are tasked with keeping many many personalities happy, I don’t envy them.
