The Community Shul, Los Angeles CA

This shul does not seem to have a describable identity. Due to this, it gets a lot of "randoms. " People's religious identities (Ashkenazi, Sephardic, yeshiva, the inexperienced, etc) are too all over the place. Attendance is dwarfed by that at other shuls. I have only gone a few times in passing. Most people know nothing about it and there's much better places within 5 min in any direction. Lots of background history between this place and Aish. Most people do not even realize they are separate entities. Jhub is somehow connected too. Seems they still suffer from the effects of splintering off. Give it a go, but don't expect much.

Nice small clean shul at a busy intersection. I came for an event which was hosted in the shul. Nice small English torah books library which is down the hall. Bathrooms are clean and water fountain nearby to quench thirst.

My fav shabbat spot. Rabbi yonah is super welcoming
