Maintenance is very low quality have had them come in to do work on my room wall and it has been over 2 years since they haven’t finished the project had to find a way to cover it up by buying a tapestry. Maintenance is horrible and very unprofessional to be paying so much money and on top of that have to pay more every year. Roaches and other animals like rats all over this place. On top of that the manager doesn’t care about anything else but her rent money.

Avoid this place, there`s a lot of roaches and spiders and rent goes up $200 each year, it has barely any amenities go find other apts that are not AMC owned this company is very greedy

The only good thing about this place is the location to grocery stores. It's horrible here. Manager is extremely neglectful, we're being abused. Needs to be reported. Way overpriced for such horrible service. Tenants here are being abused.

Where to start? I have nothing negative to say about Teaira palms/courtyard. They’ve always been excellent, communicative, efficient, and straightforward. They are made new service dollars on top. Not everybody is a big fan of rent increases, but in the end, it’s something we have to accept that it’s an apartment. Robin, Ashley, Gabriel, and the maintenance team have been accommodating and very, super efficient. No one is paying me to write this review of writing this review because I wanted to let people know that this is a great community. I lived here for two years, and I would’ve lived here continuously if I didn’t have to move to another city closer to my work. I felt very safe, my packages had been sitting outside of my house for days no, but he would take them that tell me something about the management and the people that you were living with. So all in all, five stars and big thumbs up.

Completed my 1 year this past month and yes rent increases (downside). The apartments are nice, outside very nice too, and it is a quite place. I do outside laundry because the washers and dryers are often out of services. I used to spend more than 3 hours doing laundry when it should've been less time. (Now updates have been made) There has been about 3 or 4 power outages and multiple notices of shutting water off due to upgrades. Parking is okay and emergency calls have been okay too. Staff is friendly. Overall great experience with minor issues that can be managed.

Update: I'm still renting here. No major issues just rent increases all the time. I lost count on how many. It's the only downside that rent will probably continue to increase.

The best part about living here is the constant break ins into our vehicles and the railroad train the passes 100 feet from the apartment complex at 12am and 3am in the morning to wake you up every night…

Hello everyone I'm currently a resident and have been since 2019, I was reading a few of the comments left behind and some of them are ridiculous by all means. Theres no roaches, rats nor any other little pests here at these wonderful apartments. My family and I have been very thankful for what management has done throughout the pandemic and till this day. They have continued to keep everything clean and safe for everyone here. I hope everyone has a good day and dont pay no mind to negative comments people are just rude and bitter with life.
