I called Mark Cianciulli twice on a property he has listed in Marina Del Rey, a mixed use resy/commercial. Its been on market a long time.now I know why. Mark Cianciulli does not return calls and he has a google voice phone posted.very shady in my opinion and he is not doing is duty. I would avoid Mark Cianciulli and be suspect on any good reviews.
