We Love it here. It’s really a nice & quiet complex. Friendly neighbors and is well maintained by the maintenance team. The office staff is awesome as well.

I’m very pleased with the environment here at Wyndham. The grounds are kept clean, great customer service, friendly staff, family oriented and pet friendly. Modernized units with outdoor space for gathering with friends and family. Very pleased.

Kayla Hood was very helpful and understanding with my whole process. Also she communicated very well. Made time to let me come in and do a walk thru and anything she needed she made sure she contacted me as soon as possible if she needed anything for my files. The best experience i had so far when it came to a move in process

If you're looking for an apartment complex that has decent customer service, keep looking You won't find that here. It is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. If you finally do talk to someone, they give you nothing but attitude. It is impossible to get packages delivered to your door sure to building access denial for vendors.

I loved living at the Crossing at Wyndham! The grounds are kept nicely, even when the leaves fall it looks and feels so peaceful. Its semi-gated and there is a lot of parking for tenants and visitors! Also, the area is family friendly with pools and workout facilities and equipment for tenants. Close to college and k-12 schools and the Kaiser Hospital is right across the street. The property management is doing an amazing job with this little Gem of a location.

Gabby, the property manager is the best! She and her staff helped me with everything I needed super fast to move in and when I moved out to another city! I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Literally just moved in 3/15/23 and ready to break this lease already. Moving process wasn’t bad, but the building I’m in, especially the hallway is filthy and it stinks. Initially inspecting the apartment it seemed fine at first. Once I started inspecting further and deep cleaning, it couldn’t have possibly been cleaned prior to move in. Also was told there wasn’t a bug issue. They supposedly didn’t see anything during there inspection, yet literally not even within an house of being there we saw multiple bugs in my unit and in the hallway. Took multiple videos and sent some to the office with no response. The following day I got a message saying pest control was here and that was it. I’m just confused on why okay someone to move into an apartment that you know wasn’t ready? If anything that should’ve been done prior to moving and again if needed further treatment. Then had the nerve to say she can’t take anything off my deposit since she already did. You can, just chose not too. Just trifling. Overall it hasn’t been a pleasant experience due to the apartment not being properly ready and location of the apartment is terrible being on the street side and loud af. Maintenance men are the only plus right now. Hopefully it gets better.

Our Maintenance team Terry, Derrick, and Mitchel here at the Crossing At The Wyndham Apartment are some of the most hardest decated maintenance worker I have seen in an apartment. They take care of our units inside and outside. They clean the outsides grounds debris, and keep the inside units hallways clean. They make sure are buildings look good. If have a question or concern about something regarding my apartment. They willing to help.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and I wouldn’t give anything but 5 stars! The management team is very fast and efficient when I express my concerns about anything going on. The maintenance team is very friendly and gets things I need done quickly. I don’t see myself moving any time soon.

My husband and I were moving to Sacramento from out of state. We attempted to go through the rental process from a distance through a handful of rental property companies and apartment leasing offices. We were finding the process to be very frustrating and difficult until we contacted The Crossing at Wyndham apartments and began working with Kayla. All of a sudden things were very easy and pleasant thanks to her! She was fast, friendly, efficient, and very attentive. We arrived in Sacramento to a beautiful apartment and a lot less stress thanks to Kayla and her awesome help.

Gabby is truly amazing! I highly recommend living a nice place to live comfortably. Gabby goes above and beyond to make sure our needs our met, I've not had one issue here ever.

I’m moving back into the area and currently looking for apartments to apply for. My Dr’s office is located at Kaiser South and I’ve always remembered these apartments to be dirty, unkempt, and not appealing in any sort of way. I took a chance and visited these apartments recently and all I can say is wow, they don’t even look like the same apartments. The grounds are clean and look to to be kept up, and the upgrades made to the interiors really elevate the apartments as a whole. I will definitely be considering these apartments when it’s time to move. Whatever changes were made to improve this apartments are definitely working.

I’ve lived here for twelve years I chose this place because of its appearance and affordability.
The complex is well kept well light they even have cameras and a security service although it may not be necessary.
Maintenance calls are responded to eagerly and quickly, management is pleasant and open to making your stay here pleasurable,
The manager (Gabby) goes that extra mile also incorporating fun activities for kids and adults.
I highly recommend taking up residence here.

I lived and worked at this property for 5 years.
I seen many changes which were good changes all that benefited the residents. I met many awesome people and networks. I enjoyed serving them until I left. I would say I have more positives than negative for this property. I lived there with my wife and 5 children. They loved the pool during the summer. We had birthday parties and bbqs there it was fun. It was definitely a great stepping stone for my family. I sure Do Miss my town home sometimes, we made it a home. Especially with easy access to 7-11 across the street.thank you Wyndham
