Contacted Don based purely on online reviews. I live out of state and needed help selling a loved one's home who recently passed. Michael Meneses of The Del Real Group was the perfect realtor for the house that I needed to sell quickly. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and gave me frequent updates on changes in the market and the activity with my house. He hosted numerous open houses and I always felt like a priority client. Prior to placing the home on the market, Michael helped me determine what house improvements were needed to increase the marketability of the house. He also put me in contact with low cost/reliable local contractors that could do the needed house improvements. Michael was a joy to work with and I will be asking him to help me sell my primary residence in 2024.

We bought our home in Patterson about a year ago and few months later my daughter’s boyfriend wanted to buy a home in Patterson as well so my husband started going to open houses to look for them and Michael was showing one of the home. The journey to becoming a first time home buyer has been nothing but a wonderful experience, and it all started with having the opportunity to work with Matt.
