The Dental Express Santee - Dentist in Santee, CA

Mawra was my hygienist and she was so amazing, did a great job at cleaning my teeth and had me walk out the dental office feeling fresh and new! Then Dr. Jen came in and assess my face to make sure I didn’t have cavities or sensitive areas and she did such a great job being so kind and diligent. The dental assistant Jaycie took me back to the room and was so sweet, great to communicate with and has a kind heart. She took my X-rays perfectly and made my experience here amazing coming to the chair! & at the front desk she was so kind I asked for water because I was so thirsty and she quickly came back with 2 cups of water! She was so nice and kind and I 100% highly recommended this place! You get a goodie bag as well filled with oral hygiene products so you don’t leave empty handed! I’ve had my teeth cleaned twice here already and so 1 year of being with them every six months they do a cleaning and after the cleaning they schedule you right away before leaving so that in 6 months you’re prepared for another cleaning and the work is done for you to schedule. They also have a text message system to get you checked in before even coming into the office so you’re already in line to go back upon appointment. And the text message system keeps you updated frequently about upcoming appointments so I’m super happy with this place and give my recommendation confidentially!

I am not one to leave reviews, however I had an appointment at 12 noon and waited until 12: 30 until I asked what was going on. They were preparing a room for me. A lady that came in late for her appointment but she was also scheduled at noon and they called her back first. I ended up rescheduling my appointment once I realized it was then 12: 50. Just wanted to let others know, hopefully they’ll work on things and won’t have this issue again.

***By the way, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, the first time I waited 55 minutes. ***

The doctor & hygienist were SO gentle while working on my cleaning & fillings (could not appreciate this more?). Didn’t realize how rough my old dentist was till I came here. Quality work, nice clean modern office, and everyone I encountered was kind & helpful.

Best place to be at Dr is amazing staffing assistant for Dr's are very helpfull. A big thank you to Dr. Marty your one of the best dental Dr ever.

Dr. Abigail and her assistants both times I’ve went were absolutely AWESOME! The front desk girls are polite and helpful!

Appointment was at 9am, they saw me at 9: 22am. Told me I don’t have any cavities but I clearly do, gave me a clean hurt my gums very badly and sent me on my way. Will not be returning.

The receptionists and office manager were very professional and welcoming, Marwa the dental hygienist was exceptional and dr Abigail was well! We recommend Express Dental in Santee.

Unfortunately the last visit was my last. The dentist have changed and my experience is no longer worth the 5 star I had provided previously.watch out for fake diagnosis.before getting that surprising root canal.get a second opinion. I was previously a dental assistant. I am aware of what to look for yet to the inexperienced.stay alert and ask questions.

I will never go anywhere else again! I had a HUGE fear of going to the dentist and I felt like someone my age and what I've been through was embarrassing enough to keep me from going to see anyone. I called and Valerie was SO compassionate, empathetic, and encouraging! In no way did they try and force or speed things up. Dr. Abbey was FANTASTIC! She put my fears and worries at ease. The entire staff is incredible and made me feel so safe and well taken care of. All my kids go here and I'm happy to be joining the dental express family. Highly recommend

These are outstanding people. I had excruciating tooth pain, they got me in same day to have it addressed, Dr. Abby realized I needed a root canal, and the pain was instantly gone. They are polite and gentle, the office is bright, happy and clean, and it’s just a comfortable place to be.

I just had my third appointment here and all I can say is that they are amazing here! I had horrid horrid teeth issues and just awful experiences with dentists in general. I came to this office a little weary and ready to get my work done that was essential and disappear again because I got scared or treated badly. This office and every single person I have had the pleasure of working with front office and back are amazing understanding and immensely patient people! Give them a chance I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Office is clean, staff are friendly and have their workspaces well organized. Dr. Marty is amazing, always communicates what the goal of the visit is, what steps he is doing while in progress. Highly recommend this location.

Cassidy & Dr Abagail have such wonderful personalities and bedside manners.
I’d much rather drive 25 mins -45 mins In traffic to get them then 5 mins down the hill and feel uncomfortable to say the least.
I have a bit of anxiety as I’m having a 4th major back surgery next week. I’m also nervous about having infection. Coming here no matter what it is my mind is at ease!

Came here once to get my son's teeth checked after a small accidental hit in the mouth playing around with his sister. He turned out to be ok. They are very nice, kind and courteous. My son absolutely loved the train surprise and the Dentist that saw him is so nice and pleasant as well as the Dental assistant and the staff. Wish I had this Dental office growing up it would of helped with my anxiety of visiting the Dentist.

I hate going to the dentist! I am terrified. They made me feel calm and offered comfort. Marwa was great and I recommend asking for her as your hygienist! Super sweet. 10/10 recommend
