Dr. Pratt was pleasant, professional and efficient.there is usually a rotating staff of dental assistants working with him. The woman who assisted this week was A #1 in the areas of skills and confidence.

Clean.very professional and very hard working staf; from the front counter to the doctor and the talented staff assistants! Feels safe and they delivered a high -quality service. They shared knowledge and counseled me regarding concerns held about dental procedures.

He and his highly professional staff have provided excellent dental care to my entire family for over 20 years. The office is conveniently located on Piedmont Avenue and parking is relatively convenient.

My kid is extremely afraid of needles and needed to have some numbing shots during his visit. Dr. Marjan was so accommodating, kind, and patient with him, and she was able to administer 3 shots in his mouth without him even noticing. She exceeded my expectations by far!

The front staff are warm, friendly, welcoming and efficient. Dr. Marjan is one of the best dentists I have had. She is thorough, explains with pictures all my dental needs. She is relaxed yet she works very hard to do the best job on my teeth.

Cannot stress enough how much I love my dentist (and I know most of us rarely say this!) All of the staff members are friendly, they explain everything in detail (even after you are finished with your appointment). So happy I found this office. Where do I even begin! My family and I live in San Diego and we’re on a trip visiting Oakland for my son’s baseball tournament. Unfortunately, my son got hit in the face really hard with a ball and knocked his teeth back. I called Dr Pratt’s emergency line (after hours) and his wife answered the phone and was so kind and sweet. Dr Pratt called me right away and waited till we were out of the emergency room to see my son at 9 o’clock at night! Thanks to him my sons teeth are back in place and he’s going to be OK. I’m so thankful for his time and patience with us as this was so scary for my family, especially being in a different city! I highly recommend this office if you are in the Oakland area! I absolutely love this dental office! I have been with this office for about 15 years now, and I’ve had a number of different dentist work on my teeth, and every single one of them were warm and professional; ditto for all the dental hygienists and the front office staff! It’s literally a pleasure to visit this office every time I go there, because the energy is so warm, welcoming, and professional… I never thought I would say the dentist office is one of my favorite places, but it’s true when it comes to this dental office!

Dr. Prat did my tauri removal. He's a very skilled surgeon. My recovery has been easy and have minimal pain. I'm so fortunate to have found a great dentist. The whole staff are so friendly. I highly reccomend The Dental Touch.
