This is one of the nicest and most sincere jewelry companies I’ve encountered, I had a lot of customization and modulation requests which were easily arranged for free. Staff is friendly, superb in terms of service and communication - shout outs to Ariacelle, Hasan, others not mentioned, et al. I was amazed at how fast they customized both rings for me and her! Last but not least, they care about you and provide continuity of service.

We walked in just to look at some rings for my wife’s and I 25th anniversary and your staff was very helpful and patient with us so we decided to go ahead and purchase rings for both of us!

Beautiful jewelry but the guy and lady behind the jewelry cases were rushing me to buy some of the ugliest pieces they had, when I ask for a price range they kept trying to upsell me and I just didn’t want to be rushed. The lady also wanted me to sign for something and I told her no but the smelly part was went she said “it’s not a credit card. ” Yeah…so then what am I signing for? If it’s not a credit card. I’m Sorry but I won’t come back, it smells like a scam.

Had two custom pendants made for my daughters they came out ugly the craftsmanship was embarrassing just a waste of my money they should be ashamed of themselves for selling something like this to a customer
