As a veteran, I started a one stop shop automotive business. The training that I expected vs.what I received was night and and day. Day one its real world application, and nothing theoretical and all hands on. Steve Costa, the Paint Protection Film Instructor, was an outstanding instructor with over 30 years of experience. This was evident during the class, as there were no room for any confusion and the lesson was very clear. Tom, the tint instructor, made the tint training simple and I can go into my business with 100% confidence that I can do it. I can go on, but it doesn’t even come close to how impressive the instructors and training is. Highly recommended! They even helped my business from the groundwork to a business that I can brag to others about!

Very knowledgeable teachers/trainers. Classes will challenge and give you hands-on experience. And every instructor you meet has knowledge they are willing to share with you. Ding King is a game changer for a business or employee.

Today I just received my certificate in wheel refinishing. The three long days and hard work it took to get it were absolutely enjoyable. The team works together like a family and it is evident they really care for each other. The love they showed each other inevitably went to the students as well. Not only did they treat me well, I also saw them treating the other students with kindness and respect. They talk and banter with each other like family too and I got the same treatment. So, for my initial assessment I concluded that these people are great. Now for the training. I had some previous experience with doing wheels but I still had many questions and lacked confidence. James, my instructor was attentive, patient, gave good (I mean serious but kind) critiques and let me do most of the work. I needed good hands-on training with a guide that wouldn't let me fail. He taught me everything thing I needed to know to get started producing expert work. James was that guy. Now that I have the knowledge, I just need to take my time, do it right, and keep doing it. Now for Todd, the Ding King himself, after three days I kinda felt like a nephew. He's extremely personable, adding to the evidence he's a business man through and through. The guy could sell salt to a slug. He'll use his extensive experience, knowledge of the industry and its changes to turn you into a go-getter if youre not one already. At the Ding King Training Institute you'll gain the knowledge, the experience, and even continued support from the DKTI staff after you've walked back out of those front doors with your certificate. If you can't succeed with what they give you. Putting it mildly, It's kinda your fault. I'm off to get my first client. Thanks Ding King.

The knowledge and care these instructors provide to every student here is amazing. At first coming into this school i thought it was push the students through the course and your on your own after that, which will make anyone nervous in starting something new but these instructors at the costa Mesa training center actually, whole heartedly care from day one, handing out their personal numbers if we ever need help from marketing our new business or career or to answer any questions we have even after we graduate they truly care and you definitely feel like you’re a part of a family. I’m so thankful to have chosen this institute and thankful for every instructor here putting in the one on one time that they do which each student.

I took Ding King’s PPF class in May of ‘23. I came out of it the class with a much greater understanding of PPF’s characteristics, as well as a better understanding of the PPF industry. Steve Costa, the instructor, has 25 years of experience doing PPF, and I believe that Ding King’s PPF course will far exceed the expectations of anyone who enrolls in the class. The Ding King team is full of professionals, all of whom are masters at their craft. The Ding King instructors are the best people to learn from. 100% would take a course at Ding King again.

Don’t want to waste your money? Skip college and enroll yourself in a Ding King class! I was able to take on PPF jobs in my business right after getting certified.

I went to the Ding King with no prior experience or knowledge of the business. I took the Auto Detail class and followed that up with the PPF class and I must say I'm so glad I did it. Everyone at the Ding King was very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Michael zurich (Auto Detail) was excellent and shared all of his knowledge and experince with us. Lots of hands-on work and by the end of the class I was very comfortable with ceramic coating and paint correction. Steve Costa (PPF) went above and beyond with me to make sure I was getting comfortable with the film and taught me a lot about the business. I also got to meet the KING himself who was super knowledgeable, and also incredibly warm and gracious. Thank you for everything you taught me and I hope to be back soon!

It was a great experience to work with Master Technicians in this field. I still have practice and technique to work on but the Ding King Staff gave me the tools to be successful

I just finished the PPF course at Ding King and was able to learn everything that I needed to learn to get into the business. Steve, the instructor for PPF, gave me a clear understanding of the characteristics of PPF and how to grow a business with PPF. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in doing PPF services. Steve has been doing PPF for 25+ years and will help you work around any obstacles.
