TV system is a bit outdated, some damage in the rooms, breakfast is free coffee and assorted carbs for a price. I was hoping for a 4 place it would be a little more but it was a cozy place w/ nice beds, toiletries are nice quality

I stayed at the domain for a weekend back a while back ago. When I booked a weekend deal on hotwire and got the domain, I thought it would be just as good as it was back in the day. Boy was I wrong. This place has gone down hill. The room I got was dirty gross. Carpet stains, bedding stains, the furniture is falling apart in the room. The lobby looks clean but if you look closely the carpets are all strained. The wallpaper is peeling in a lot of places. The pool area looks abandoned and ignored. They also now charge $12 for a lot that used to be free. Ice machines didn't work. It's not even worth the $79 I paid. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything people next door were saying at 3 am. The toilet ran water the whole weekend. Simple easy fixes and basic maintenance are being ignored. Stay away!

We were visiting on a short family trip and chose this hotel based on the glorious reviews on Trip Advisor. The room had no natural lighting. The only window was facing a hallway so the blinds had to be kept shut.
As for the room itself, it was poorly maintained. Can’t tell the last time that the carpet was cleaned. The bathroom walls has mildew and water damage. The water pressure was low and it took forever to get any hot water. The bathtub took forever to drain.
Since we had put crawling infant we couldn’t set her down on the floor due to the unclean carpets and dangling cords everywhere.
Early morning we were woken awake by noises from adjacent rooms. This was not a great stay for us and we would t be coming back to this hotel.

It’s definitely not a 4-star hotel as rated on hotels.com. The pictures show brand new view of the place but once you’re here, it’s dated; the lobby and elevators are not as clean looking; the shower slow-drains puddling your feet.

The room is ok; the bed is comfortable providing good sleep. The hotel can be noisy at certain time of day.

Would we stay here again? That’s a hard “NO”.

I have photographic proof that I told Stephanie the horrible manager at the domain that I have photographic proof and bank statements showing that I’ve stayed at the hotel for years now and the amount of times I’ve stayed there she also said she charged me $12 a night per night which would’ve been $24 but I have the photographic proof for all of you to see that I was charged $32 so not only is she a bad manager she can add either

Not clean at all. As soon as we opened the door you could tell the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Everything is stained, scuffed, marked or falling apart. Surfaces were not wiped down. There’s stains all down the mattress and bed frame that is clearly visible because the sheets weren’t put on properly. Blood splatter stains on wall, wall paper peeling off, furniture falling apart, bathroom tub and shower are stained yellow. Walls look like they’ve been through hell. Even the wood on the bottom of the bathroom door is peeling off. There’s a window but when you look out it there’s nothing. It’s just a wall with a curtain in front of it on the other side of the window. Would not recommend at all.

Our stay at this hotel was really good! We had a room on the 18th floor, and it was new, beautiful, clean, and the view was amazing! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I also like that there are a lot of options to eat. I had a very good time here at this hotel and would love to come back soon.

Tremendous hotel assistance! This was the best experience ever! I will definitely be going to bring my friends and family to this stunning hotel for sure. They never fail me on my high expectations as well. Such a wonderful place to relax. Everything I need was all intact to this place. Job well done to all of their peoples who assisted me.

I checked in at around 1am and was met with the front desk representative 'joel' i think his name was (he had a cast on his foot) but he should be recognized for providing super quick service at an inconvenient hour that we arrived.overall, the hotel does exactly what you expect; the room was clean and there was plenty of parking.if i stay in the SJ area again, i would stay here again.

THE DOMAIN SUITE? 2 door balcony overlooking pool, big couch with pullout bed, comfortable king size bed and the separate tub is pretty snazzy
