Great experience with my attorney and case manager. Answered all my questions regarding my auto accident and made the whole process easy.

I recently had a case with the firm the process was so smooth and stress free. My case manager kept me updated through the entire case and was settled quick.

Don’t waste your time going with them. I had an incident at work in 2021 and I went with them because I’ve heard great things. They won’t check up on you, they won’t give you details of what’s happening and you have to bug them to finally get answer. Especially a lawyer named Rafael. You acted like he didn’t know what was happening. He would also tell me that he would call me in a week or so to keep me updated but he never did and I would have to call him or text him to see what was happening. I injured my back at work and the doctors said I just injured my back but never got more information because they told me my lawyers will tell me but they never did. They never asked for another opinion or to get another MRI. They just seemed like they don’t care for you at all. We just finished resolving my case. So I finally went to my own doctor to get an opinion and a MRI and I find out that I have a huge bulged disc in my lower spine. Now I have to have surgery, which I could’ve have a long time ago but I had to go through this pain for two year getting ignored.

Great customer service, patience is key. My case manager was the best, work with me through the steps from beginning to the end. I greatly recommend this Law Firm.

I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone not even my worst enemy. Marfelia Diaz is the worst case manager I’ve dealt with I’ve asked numerous times for updates and was given any without making the effort, I asked for copies of documents and was sent the wrong one then was told I’d receive one at some point. Then I asked for the status of my case and was told it’s on a desk, no time frame or how long it’s been their, or how long does that party have to respond. Then instead of getting me an update by asking attorney or calling the other party, she has someone else call me.please think twice before signing up with them, they sound like they care but actions speak louder then words.
