Really great clean store that has a really good range and the best staff! Zoe was the best, helped me with all my questions and even gave some great recommendations for other styles. No pushy sales tactics, just genuine, friendly and keen on making sure you get the best shoe! Thanks again Zoe!

I just talked to Crystal and she was so friendly and helpful that I immediately had to write a review. I am desperately trying to find a very specific boot for an event that sold out the moment I got confirmation on the correct size for my daughter. Crystal found it for me, in Chicago. I'm so grateful, even if I don't end up with these boots, because I have to get a friend to go get them and ship them, Crystal saved me from calling every store in Southern California trying to locate them. Great service!

Went to this store location last weekend to buy my very first pair of Doc Martens, Raymond the sales associate helped me and he was awesome. I was not an easy customer to deal with (had no idea what I wanted, wear a 9.5, high arch, narrow feet, small ankles and a skinny lower leg) he did a great job and got the sale!
