Lewis, Mike, and seamstresses were kind and professional and the drapes are well priced and high quality. We have used them before and recommend them to everyone.

I bought shades with blackout for my house and they are so perfect! They are not only elegant but also perfect for sleeping in a dark room. It was expensive, but they are worth it.

From the initial quote to the final installation everything was exceptional. The install for 8 window treatments was done in a little over 1 hour. And the they look great.

We bought our first Hunter Douglas blinds and draperies from them in 2012.

Recently we had a problem with one of those blinds and they hopped right in it and it is back to brand new!

The Drapery Shop for the win again! I used the Drapery Shop 30 years ago to take care of an entire new home, all of the window treatments throughout. I was so happy with their work and professionalism. Recently, I decided to redo some draperies in my current home, and I was beyond delighted to see that the Drapery Shop was still doing business in Vista. They came out very quickly with their samples, took the needed measurements and a few weeks later came back to install the draperies. They did a beautiful job, their price was reasonable, they kept in contact with me regarding timeline and then surprised me and delivered before the promised date. Don’t go anywhere else!

The team at the drapery shop did an amazing job. We got 3 roman shades and one custom curtain and all three were perfectly measured and installed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the drapery shop for all your window covering needs!

Drapery installed shutters for our adu. Some minor hiccups but same thing happened when we ordered from Lennar/Hunter Douglas just has problems making the shutters for the French doors. They corrected it and it’s all good now!

CONSTRUCTION WEST

Lewis installed three shades in my home office two years ago. A year ago, I installed a Legacy hub to automate the three to provide shading for the morning and afternoon sun. Recently the largest shade (8 feet wide) of the three stopped working due to a dead battery. The shade sat in a position lower than the lower limit setting. I recharged the battery but left on a trip before the first automation cycle involving the shade took place.
Arriving home, I found the shade partially draped over a nearby chair but otherwise laying on the floor in a heap detached from the roller. I feared the shade would not be salvageable due to the many crinkles that were apparent. I suspected the cause of the collapse was that I had forgotten to reset the upper and lower limit for the shade after recharging the battery.
A call to the company brought Fred to my house within a day to survey the situation. I was astonished that Fred was able to reattach the shade to the roller with no apparent damage to the shade. He reset the upper and lower limits but was not sure what else needed to be done regarding the automation. I was equally astonished this morning when the shade moved correctly in the first automation cycle.
Everything is back as it was. I cannot say enough good things about how all of this was handled. Its rare these days to have home service that leaves you euphoric.
