They provided me with so much one-on-one attention that I felt like their only priority (I know that's not the case, but it made me feel really special). Danny Drysdale and the Intercap Team made our first home purchasing experience a lot easier than it really had any right to be. We found them to be available when needed, eager to follow up on our questions, and happy to commit to the time needed to explain things in detail when asked. Having highly specific written answers was very helpful to us when we needed time to digest and consider options. Our timeframe was extremely short from viewing to possession (less than 6 weeks), and without this level of responsiveness and attention to detail I'm not certain we would have been able to move forward. Customer care was clearly a focus, and it was very apparent this wasn't the Drysdale Teams' first rodeo. We benefited greatly from their experience. Would recommend and will be using again should we decide to move in future.

Best part about this team is that they will walk you through the loan process, educate you on loans and important loan differences without getting frustrated like other loan services we talked with. They are patient and know this is a big decision and will answer all your questions. They will meet competitor rates and or give you a better deal.
