I was very happy with my recent experience selling my rental home with Conor & Natalia. First, they did a great job informing me what needed to be done to the house to get it ready for listing and make the best first impression. They organized everything and I didn't have to go to the house once! The house got into contract in the first week on the market which is great in this slower market (Dec 2022) - we were expecting at least a few weeks! It was priced right and showed well.
